Easy Setup Smart Bulbs That Finally Replaced My Old TP-Link Kasa Bulbs
I’ve been using smart home products since the early days, back when setting up smart bulbs could easily turn into an hour-long project. My old TP-Link Kasa bulbs actually lasted me over 10 years, which says a lot about how reliable they were. After some finally burned out, I needed replacements. I was honestly hesitant because I still remember the frustrating pairing process from years ago — turning switches on and off repeatedly, reconnecting WiFi, resetting bulbs, and hoping the app would finally detect them. These bulbs were the complete opposite experience.Installation was straightforward, and the pairing process was surprisingly painless. After downloading the BRmesh app, the bulbs were detected within seconds. Adding them to Alexa was also very easy and didn’t require the usual troubleshooting I expected. The fact that they work over Bluetooth instead of relying completely on WiFi setup made the process much smoother. One thing that mattered a lot to me is reliability. I have high ceilings, so changing bulbs means bringing out a ladder every time. Because of that, I care much more about build quality and stability than just flashy features. So far these have been working great, brightness is strong, color temperature adjustment works well, and the connection has been stable. The price for a 12-pack is also very reasonable considering the features and ease of setup. If you’ve been putting off replacing older smart bulbs because you remember how painful smart home setups used to be, these are a nice surprise. Very happy with this purchase.Ver másVer menos

Really good, great price
I did not buy multi colored but I love the way you can change the lighting from soft to daylight, or dim using your phone. Have had since September 2024. Only issue, 1 of the bulbs stopped working 6 months ago. Listed to last 8-11years, so far I’m about to cross the 2year mark so I’d say that pretty good. Good valueVer másVer menos

Simple, Bright, and Convenient Smart Lighting
The UCB Alexa Smart Light Bulbs are an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting with minimal setup. The ability to adjust from warm white to bright daylight creates the perfect ambiance for any room or time of day. Installation is quick, and the Bluetooth connectivity eliminates the need for Wi-Fi, making setup effortless. The bulbs are impressively bright, energy-efficient, and respond reliably to Alexa voice commands. With four bulbs included, this pack offers great value and an easy way to add smart lighting throughout your home. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and versatility.Ver másVer menos

A tip, in case it helps even one person. :-)
I got this pack of bulbs as a Prime Day deal, and according to everything, it was supposed to be easy to set up with Alexa. The instructions were, install the bulb, turn it off for 5 seconds, turn it back on, then ask one of your Echo devices "Alexa, find devices".Well, I did just that, in my living room, where my Echo is a Show 21. I said, "Alexa, find devices", and every time, it would spend about 2 minutes listing every connectable device in my house...EXCEPT this new bulb. I tried it several times. Finally, I gave up and installed the bulb's app, which was as odd to read as the instructions that came with it. I followed them, and still could not pair to Echo. I would see the device in my Alexa app, but completely unresponsive.I was close to returning the bulbs, but I was stubborn and tried one more thing. For about the 4th time, I turned the bulb off for 5 seconds, turned it back on, but this time, I went to my Alexa app and said "find devices". THIS time, it went right to the new bulb, was connected in seconds, and fully functional. Maybe this was just me, but if this helps even one person, good. The quality of the bulb seems solid. No colors, but you can choose various brightnesses and warmths for your white light, including dimming, all from Alexa control. I was easily able to add turning it on to my morning routine. The only complaint I really have, now that it's working, is the instructions are badly written, both on paper and on their app (which I now mercifully was able to delete). It was a good price for 4 smart bulbs that integrate with Alexa. But if you're like me, you'll have best luck saying "Alexa, find devices" to your Alexa app instead of your Echo.Ver másVer menos

Very bright lights, but
I had a hard time setting them up.It first recommended that you put plug them in and then turn them off and then turn them back on and then tell your device to find them. I wouldn’t find them.I had to download the app and after trying to set them and set up mode my Alexa still will not detect them. I had to manually go into my devices click lights and then scroll down to others and then click set up for Bluetooth and then manually do one at a time.I have the 2018 version dot.I hope this helps. There’s a very good bright lights.Ver másVer menos
