Decent Charger, but AC Plug Failed Quickly
I had high hopes for this VRURC Portable Charger, especially because of the built-in AC wall plug. For the first 5 days, everything worked perfectly. It charged quickly, was super convenient, and I really liked the digital readout that shows exactly how much battery is left—it’s a great touch.Unfortunately, the AC wall plug, which was the main reason I bought this power bank, stopped working entirely after less than a week. That was a big letdown. Without the plug, the charger still works fine using the built-in cables, and it charges my phone impressively fast. It's compact, lightweight, and well-designed otherwise.If you don’t care about the AC plug or plan to charge it another way, it’s still a solid product. But if the wall plug is important to you, just be aware mine didn’t last.****Update: Excellent Customer Service — Replacement Sent PromptlyAfter posting my original review about the AC wall plug failing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the seller reached out. They apologized for the issue and immediately offered to send me a replacement—no questions asked and no need to return the original. That kind of follow-through really impressed me.I just received the new charger, and everything is working great so far.
