Buy the phone, but if you do the trade-in use the right label:0
I purchased a phone from YY because the phone had so much more storage than my current one and was a great price. I filled out the trade in and was offered $95 for my old phone. I received the new phone and there were mailing labels in it - so I used it to send my old phone. I should have read the trade-in email closer. YY received my old phone and thought it was a return. They were confused because it wasn't the phone I purchased that was being returned. We worked it out and they are sending my old phone to the Amazon people that offered to buy my phone using the Amazon people trade-in label.Long story short:1 - the offers to buy your phone aren't the same people who are selling the phone2 - read your emails closely and print out the label that is sent via email3 - buy from YY because they are honest and professional and the phone is just as described!I was impressed that they were very professional throughout.
