So Far It's Good !
Day One : Very quick delivery and very courteous FedEx Delivery Man ! I've got it all set up and am tweaking / adding bookmarks and it all seems to be running very quietly and smoothly ! Hope I can give a better evaluation in a week but for the money ( and it was very reasonably priced) and ease of setup , I have nothing negative to say. And best part of all , it's activated , no connectivity or compatibility issues , a good storage capacity and seems very reliable !Ver másVer menos

Just got it time will tell
Just got this computer, easy to setup, it already had Windows 11 installed (It's different than my Windows 10, gonna take awhile to learn it). So far for the price (refurbished) it seems to run good. One thing I don't like is the keyboard, it is loud and it doesn't have the legs/risers (or whatever their called) to raise it... I'm gonna hookup my previous keyboard to this. I'm still setting up the stuff off of my previous computer. It seems to load faster than my Windows 10... so far I'm liking the computer {Windows 11, not so much, but in time I will get it the way I want it}. I had 5 cables on my other one and I used them and and I still have more slots, there are 3 ports in the front as well. he only Accessories was the plug in cord, and this noisy keyboard and a wired mouse, my other one I had wireless.Ver másVer menos

Do not purchase from this seller!!
If you don't want to replace your computer in 4-5 months, I don't recommend purchasing one from this seller!! I would leave zero stars if it were an option. After having these computers for 4.5 months, 2 of them stopped working. Hard Drive Not Found. The seller will not make it right. Amazon cannot make it right because of the 3rd part seller. I even asked if they could just repair them. Nope. I do NOT recommend this seller.Ver másVer menos

Soild desk top, good home office equipment, excellent value
I have purchased a number of these small Dell OptiPlex units over the past few years. The current crop seems the best in fit, finish and function. It took minimal effort to get up and running and to transfer personal files over from the system being replaced.Speed is not bad, getting the network set up took minimal effort, and the presence of a CD drive made installing older applications simple. The only issue was the unit did not have an internal network. It was supplied with a 5k dongle, which is reflected in the loss of a star.Ver másVer menos

Great computer at a great price
This computer is very fast. Have no issues at all. One note: the wi-fi adaptor I started with was really not compatible with the more advanced technology of the system's software which caused frequent connectivity issues. I got a newer adaptor that fixed the problem.Ver másVer menos
