  From Privacy? Where?! to Secret Agent Screen Protector

  Updated Review:I have to give credit where it’s due. After my first experience, I was very disappointed but then customer service stepped in and honestly, they were AMAZING. Super attentive, kind and quick to offer me a replacement. And wow... what a difference! This new one completely changed my mind. The privacy is on point, no more “visible from the moon” issue. Even with my brightness turned all the way up, no one can see my screen except me, mission accomplished. And the fit? Perfect! It actually sticks to my laptop like it was born there. No flapping, no frustration, just sleek protection and solid privacy. I’m extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised. Now I really do feel like a secret agent! 😎-----Original Review:I honestly had high hopes for this product. The magnetic installation seemed like a great idea, quick, easy, and mess-free. But in reality, this privacy screen fell way short of expectations. First of all, the "privacy" aspect is basically non-existent. I think the only person this screen is hiding my laptop from is me. Everyone else, left, right, across the room, probably even on the moon, can still see my screen just fine. Then there’s the magnetic attachment or should I say partial attachment? The top sticks, but the bottom? Nope. Just flaps around like it’s trying to take flight. Every time I close my laptop or a breeze comes by, it’s like a tiny annoying curtain auditioning for Broadway. For the price, I expected to feel like a secret agent but nope. I ended up returning it. Not worth it at all.Ver másVer menos

  Great fit

  The guards fit as described, perfect for my laptop and for my extra screen. I ordered the correct size and aspect ratio, thanks to the clear description on the website. I like the magnetic strips at the top, and the strip at the bottom to help it stay on the screen. The guard stays on even when I close my laptop, which is better than a previous brand I bought where you had to be very careful closing the laptop so you not bend the guard.Ver másVer menos

  Fits a MacBook Air 15 inch Screen Perfect

  I was honestly just looking for an anti-glare/blue light reducing screen protector and came across this. Honestly I was like ehh $30 is a bit more than I care to spend but it also being a privacy screen & magnetic peeked my interest. I have a lot of nosey ass people at my job so I figured the privacy part of it was more enticing and justified the $30 so I said screw it and bought it. I just unpackaged it at work and it popped right on easy peasy with the magnet up top. I have an M3 MacBook Air with the 15 inch screen and it fits perfect. I have a window directly behind me and the sunlight always reflects off my screen so this blurs that out in addition to providing fabulous privacy protection as well! No bubbles, I actually have a clear screen protector underneath this and this one came with little double sided stickies for the bottom of the screen protector to hold it in place but I didn't need it honestly. It snapped on perfect with the magnet and isn't moving unless I move it myself which there's no need to. I wanted it to be removable as well for when I use my laptop at home, I have no need for the privacy. But this was a great find and great quality, definitely with the $30.Ver másVer menos

  Works well, no real concerns, satisfied with the purchase, can now work on the plane with privacy

  Arrived on time. I find it to be an overall good value. It installed very easily and the privacy function works very well. I can work on planes without concern.My only issue: The included adhesive tabs tat are to be utilized to secure the bottom of the screen - I could not get these to work. They peeled from the the backing, but the secondary piece I had to peel to expose the other side of the adhesive was impossible to remove.My solution was a small piece of transparent tape placed on the bottom. This has kept the screen secure with no further issues.Ver másVer menos

  Great product. No hassle replacement

  Looks great and seems to do the job that way I dont have to go 'hide' when I need to work on sensitive items at work. I initially ordered wrong product. Customer service responded same day to email and within a few days I had correct size with no hassle at all. Definitely pleased and would buy again.Ver másVer menos

  Product Shoddy, Service par excellence

  Updated: Going to say only good things about the service from SightPro direct. However, let's talk product. The initial one mentioned here did not work on my device. It didn't fit and had issues with preserving battery since the laptop was always slightly open. They provided me with a "new" product they thought would help. It did - serves as a privacy screen - BUT- does not stick very long. It is annoying to be working and having this screen drop down on your hands but it's the name of the game. So.....keep looking, this might not be it.I couldn’t be happier with my experience with SightPro! While the privacy screen itself is high quality and does exactly what it promises, what truly stood out was their exceptional customer service.I initially ordered the wrong size (16”) what with some confusion looking up various products on the site. When I reached out, Kate from their support team went above and beyond to help resolve the issue quickly and smoothly. She made the replacement process effortless and ensured I received the correct size without any hassle.It’s rare these days to even get a timely response to a customer inquiry—let alone such thoughtful and proactive support.
