  Everyone should have one.

  Nice and perfect for emergency situations. Had to use it a few times during outages. Powered up the fridge, lights, and other items no problem. Also good for camping. Haven’t had to use the solar yet tho. Definitely recommend everyone to get this or one like it.Ver másVer menos

  Well engineered product

  I am very happy with this product. It charges quickly and holds a charge as it should. I have tested it thoroughly and it does everything the manufacture claims. There are areas for improvement but they are somewhat minor: The instructions included give very little detail about the App, how to install it, how to use it and how important it is. The fact is, you really must install the app so that you can update the firmware and to allow you to control the unit. The app also needs some refinement; sometimes the app will have trouble connecting to the delta 2 and sometimes it will show its connected but clearly it is not because the charge and discharge data on the app does not match the screen on the unit. I have found that you need to be very patient with the app, it may take several minutes to connect and many times you have to back out to the first page and click on the delta 2 to get it to update its connection.The solar panel seems to work but, you have to have very bright sunshine and have it aimed very precisely to get any charge. You will , most likely, need an extension cord for the solar panel, otherwise the solar panel will need to be right next to the delta 2 unit. I made an extension cord with some 12 gauge wire and connectors. The app has a feature allowing you to submit questions to customer support. I have sent a few questions this way and the answers I received took a while to get back to me and they were not great. I had to rely on online videos and a lot of trial and error to figure out how everything worked. The product is quite new so, there are not a lot of videos available yet. Overall I really like the product and would only request the manufacturer to supply more information about how to set up and use the product, especially in respect to the app.Update: The app seems to have some bugs I didnt notice earlier: You can change the charge/discharge range, from 0-100% or for example 30-60% (recommended to discharge to 30% then charge back to 60% Quarterly) or what ever you want to set it at. This is a great feature when it works but, lately when I set the app to adjust these setting, it just ignores them. Latter I checked and the settings were now at 4-97%? I have had the same type of issues with other app settings like the charging wattage. I hope Ecoflow will correct these issues soon. Still keeping at 5 stars because it is still best in class IMO.Ver másVer menos

  Maximum Portability for It's Impressive Power Output

  Background: Long time Ecoflow customer going back to Delta Pro pre-launch days. Have a few other of the Delta product line including Delta Pro, Delta Pro Extra Battery, Delta Max, Delta 2 Max, Delta 2 (950). Promoted the product through the family and everybody has atleast one in the Delta series.TL:DR: The Delta 2 has a robust inverter for it's weight class. Capacity can be expanded if additional runtime is needed. Solar panel is also a solid product, getting high 80% efficiency in mid winter. Will update again during sunnier weather. For the size and weight a solid product pair for mobility.The Good Delta 2: Solid product with impressive product warranty, robust battery chemistry, and monster of an inverter for the weight package. Any 5-15P corded appliance you can throw at it should be able to run with ease with the only concerning point being runtime depending on the wattage drawn which can be supplemented if I get the Delta 2 extra battery.The Good 220w Solar Panel: Solar panel yielding 80% of rated output in winter weather, looking forward to seeing what this thing can do during the summer with clearer skies and longer days.The Not a Fan Of: Super minor and personal preference but not particularly keep on the elastic bands for the 220w. Have other mobile solar panels that are less temperamental and prone to kick back.Usage Scenario in photo: No need to worry about where an outlet is for a backyard cook out. Plugged in a electric fryer (~1200w) only used for 30 mins, ICECO G20 (all day), and the ECOFLOW Multifunctional Outdoor Camping Light. Delta 2 Unit able to handle all 3 devices and with the additional charging from the panels had enough to keep lights on through the night.Ver másVer menos

  ECOFLOW Solar Generator DELTA2 with 220W Solar Panel

  First I want to say that this company needs to win an award for their customer service - a 5 star gold rating; I'd give more stars if I could!I purchased this unit on sale and then just a few days later it went down in price. My order was still being processed and had not shipped yet, and I really wanted the discount, so I contacted ECOFLOW to see if I could just cancel my order and then repurchase at the lower price, or maybe they could they just give me the difference in form of a refund to my credit card. Well that's exactly what they did! No fighting or begging; they just gave me the refund. I also had other questions regarding my new power station and they responded to me the very next day, and sometimes even in the same day. Each time they were helpful and very friendly (Eve, Lila, and Andy - thank you) You can't get better service that that!This is my first time purchasing a power station, and watched several videos on YouTube to see which company made a better unit, and hands down this company won due to their high quality units, and their excellent customer service was mentioned several times. So, I gave them a try and, I'm so glad I did. The unit is working extremally well. I have my new, large patio swamp cooler hooked up to the power station, and I'm using the included solar panels to avoid plugging into the electricity. I find it much more satisfying to watch the sun power my new swamp cooler, and in a few weeks my above ground pool filter, instead of watching my electric bill increase each month during the summer. I'm so happy with my purchase that I've already taken advantage of the current sale to buy a second solar panel to have around just in case I need it down the road. I will not hesitate to purchase form ECOFLOW again when I'm ready to get a larger unit for inside the house due to the power outages that seem to happen more often during the summers.In regards to the solar panel. In researching the power station I learned that many things could affect the intake wattage on your solar panels such as, where you live, the time of day, how intense the sun is, and of course the angle of the solar panels directed at the sun (being off even an inch could make a 5-10w, or more difference in the wattage your are pulling into your power station). In the end, you will likely never see the input advertised no matter which solar panel you purchase. With that in mind, it's currently 8:15am here in Phoenix AZ and my solar panel is pulling in around 175w which I think is pretty good for so early in the morning. Now, I saw another reviewer's comments where he had placed some type of reflector sheet in front, and in back, of his solar panel to try and pull in more watts. So, I thought I'd give that a try. Went out to my car, grabbed my cheep $5 sun reflector screen and placed it in front of my solar panel, and WOW, it went up to 195w. Since my solar panel is one of the Bifacial solar panels I think I might need to purchase something a little better than my $5 car screen so I can take advantage of both sides of my solar panel. I really couldn't be happier with this purchase.

  Poor design on portable solar panels.

  I purchased this Delta 2 with the 200 watt panels combo 3 months ago, all came in good in perfect condition, unit charged up fast and worked perfectly. My major issue is with the portable 220 watt solar panel. Using it for the first time I was amazed at how well it charged my unit, I'm a 64 year old retired gentleman and when I unplugged the solar cables and went to fold the panels up to put away, as I went to bring the first brace up to fold it in with just a slight tip forward the remain 2 braces popped forward with the expandable elastic brace straps snapped forward and 2 of my 4 panels were cracked from the force of the brace hitting the glass. How in God's green earth can you get all 3 braces up at the same time with out the braces slapping the back side of the panels. I'm very sorry Echo flow but this is a poor design. I'm very particular about taking care of my items. The elastic bands are a bad idea on the braces!!!! I can't be the only customer that this has happened to. A gust of wind would blow the panels over and it would break 3 panels very easily. Now I have to buy a another foldable solar panel and I'm not happy. $400 flushed down the toilet after the first use. If you buy this combo or the portable solar panels cut the elastic straps off or I guarantee sooner or later you'll break a panel. All it would take is one of my Grandkids to grab the panel, tip it forward and the braces will spring back and Crack the glass. I'm so disappointed I can't say, being on a limited income you shouldn't have to pay for a replacement due to poor engineering. It's a great product but very fragile for a portable panel.Ver másVer menos

  Dont go camping without it!

  A must-have for camping trips. I spend a lot of time camping in a teardrop trailer. Being able to use AC-powered appliances, fans, and being able to charge my electronics is a huge luxury. This unit packs plenty of battery power with enough outlets in both AC and DC to power all my electronics. I love the mobile app for quick access to charge levels and power control. The display is clean and easy to read. The battery is a good size, maintaining portability, given its capacity. I love the design of the case with easy-to-grab handles, and a flat top to stack if needed. Durabale, and a great value with the included solar panel. Everything packs up nicely, and provides plenty of power for a weekend of camping.Ver másVer menos

  No competent IT help

  Last year I purchased on amazon the Delta 2 Generator with the 220 solar panel. I was extremely pleased with my purchase. Expellant machine and solar panel and customer service. I was so pleased got another one from Amazon this year.The machine is still great, but they no longer supplied a cigarette lighter plug. The customer service when I called was terrible. I had some questions about it. I was on the phone for 45 minuets' talking to a nice lady who had no knowledge about the Delta2. Her English was hard to understand and when I asked a question, she would put me on hold for 5 to 10 minuets then would come back and give me answer that made no sense. This happened with my other questions. After 45 minuets I asked If I could talk someone in IT who could Help me. She said there was no one else she could let me talk. Simple Questions like could I charge my trolling motor from the generator, or could I connect my two Delta 2 batteries together and charge them off one solar panel or could I charge my generator using a pure sine wave invertor from another battery and was the cigarette liter plug supposed to be included with the second Delta 2 I got.What a shame a company that has such a good product does not provide competent IT when you need it.Ver másVer menos

  Quality and ease of use!

  Great product! Using it off-grid at my cabin. Very easy to configure and use and the solar panel is charging this baby quicker than I thought it would. Overall, I am very satisfied and will probably add a second battery in the near future.
