Great sound and quality. Ive had them for over 2 yrs and they still hold their charge, sound great and I recommend to everyone I can. I like that my inner ear doesnt get irritated because these sit outside of the ear. The headband ensures these never fall off. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Ver másVer menos

Reliable Open-Ear Headphones for Long Outdoor Adventures
I've been using the OpenRun Pro from Shokz, which I bought last year specifically for a long hike up Mt. Adams, Washington—and they absolutely delivered.We started hiking at 4:00 a.m. and didn’t return to camp until around 5:00 p.m. The headphones lasted the entire day and still had about 20% battery remaining at the end. I was very impressed with the battery life; it easily handled a full, demanding day outdoors and did exactly what I needed it to do.Audio quality is solid for open-ear headphones. There isn’t much bass, but the treble is clear and well-defined. When running or hiking outside, you can clearly hear your surroundings—like people calling out as they pass you—which is a big plus for safety. That said, in louder environments with higher ambient noise, the music can become harder to hear.Comfort-wise, these were a big improvement for me. I had the original Shokz model in the past, which caused headaches and discomfort. With the OpenRun Pro, I haven’t experienced any pain or issues at all, even during long sessions.Overall, I’m very satisfied with these headphones—excellent battery life, good comfort, and reliable performance for outdoor activities.Ver másVer menos

These headphones changed my life
I can't speak highly enough of shockz openrun pro (couldn't say about their other ones, I've only had the openrun pros). The open ear bone conduction design is incredible for use during exercise, everyday life, and, especially, work. It's changed the way I work in helping me drown out unnecessary background noise while still being able to interact with and clearly hear people around me. I've never gotten actually -excited- about headphones before, and rarely listened to music because the feel or weight of most of them bothered me so much, but these completely changed that for me. I've enjoyed so much new music in the past year and it's all thanks to these cool little things.I have adhd and mild autism and struggle with overstimulation from noises I can't control, or sometimes even lack of noise, and I work in a customer facing industry, the combination of which has been incredibly overwhelming for me at times. These have allowed me to block out the anxiety of outside noises by playing low volume lofi beats or ambient noise while working while still being able to hear clearly enough to interact with and monitor people constantly for 10+hour shifts, and I work better than I ever have with them.They're comfortable and lightweight. I did have an issue with my first pair on the power/volume button slipping out of place, but am filing a warranty claim for that and hoping to get refunded or replaced. The sound quality is clear, the Bluetooth reaches far, and the mic is surprisingly good, I hate using anything else for phone calls now. I do prefer the minis- I'm a small-ish woman (5'4") and I found the original size was a little big for my head and fit awkwardly around my hair.Controls are simple and actual buttons, not touch, which I prefer, and clarity is pretty good. They'll never be as good sound quality as over the ear headphones or in-ear buds, but they're the only open ear headphones I've tried even remotely worth using. I do wish there was a way to skip songs from the headphones, but ce la vi. Other people really can't hear the music playing on them unless you have the volume very high. The sound quality does go down a bit at higher volumes, but that kind of was expected for headphones that work on vibrations, for me at least, and adjusting the positioning of them on yoir ears/head can help fix that also.Overall, 10/10 would recommend. These things are amazing and will change your life for the better. Worth the buy.

They are great... for music in quiet environments
I do love these. But there are some pros and cons:Pros:*Not in my ear. That's a major pro. A big one.*Sound quality is good. I'm not a huge music buff. I just like to listen to classical while I work.*Comfortable. They barely bother me after a few hours.*Discrete. They aren't very visible*They work even w my long hair. I put them under my hair in the back.*Battery life is decent. Lasts me a couple days at work. I don't use them all day long.*You don't have to take them off to hear people or talk to people, though I usually still pause whatever is playing as it can still be distracting*They work decent for phone calls. My dad said they sounded really really clear. I was pleased as I didn't expect a mic. They worked better for phone calls than for watching movies. The audio wasn't bad for a call.*They connect really easily to my iphone 12. My son had trouble getting his to connect and stay recognized with his laptop and his iphone 6s, but I have had no problems.*Charger connects easily because it's magnetic. They charge fast and that's using my PC USB port.*The case is slim. This is a big plus. They're also flexible and they don't seem like they would be easy to break, even without a case.Cons:*They are not noise cancelling AT ALL. I know this is a feature not a flaw, but you cannot hear the music at all if anything else is going on around you. I switch to my Raycon earbuds if there's external noise.*Not good for TV/Movies. I can't understand/hear dialog on these even though they work great for music. It's too quiet even on the loudest settings. I use my Raycons for dialog podcasts or shows. But they make my ears sweat and itch. I do prefer the comfort of these. These seem to work pretty well for phone calls though, so I'm not sure why the inconsistency. Even when it's quite around me I cannot hear a movie regardless of what platform I try them on.*They are MOSTLY comfortable. They do put some uncomfortable pressure on my ear tops over time, but that's hours. Also you can't really lean back in a chair or on a pillow with these as they don't sit flush on your neck. I got my son the regular and the mini for myself and he ended up getting minis too even though he has a huge head.*They do buzz a bit and it can tickle. I don't listen to high base. Mostly I use it for classical music to try to destress while I work. I don't find the buzz bad*The charger is proprietary so don't lose the cord. And you have to bring the cord with. Not a problem for me as I only keep them at work.*When the battery starts to get low it constantly says "charge me" which I find annoying. Just say it once or twice and let them die. Don't repeat it every few minutes until it dies, which can be a good 20-30 mins after you get the warning.*It's not really a con, but these come with a headband. I couldn't figure out how it was supposed to be incorporated and turns out it's simply a headband. It doesn't wrap around them or anything. I think it's so that if you have long hair you can keep it back from under the conductive plates as they don't work well if there's anything keeping them from making contact with your skin. But I was confused until I googled what it was for.No idea how they work for sport or exercise because I'm fat and I don't run. But they seem pretty secure on my head.

Perfect for helmet sports, running, sleeping
I had an initial requirement set to find a pair of headphones that work with my snowboarding helmet (which does not have built-in speaker-pod compartments):- comfortable under helmet for hours- let external sounds through like snow texture, nearby skiers, peds, traffic- actual buttons for controlling prev/next, play/pause without removing mittens (to get to garmin or phone)- are attached by a band so they can’t get lost in the snowWhat cool tech—these are the neatest!! So comfortable, and I found they solved my original requirements plus some:- stay in place when running, peak bagging, cycling—all while letting sounds through for safety- comfortable when listening to music before bed because they are so unobtrusiveI’m really impressed with the sound and quality of the materials so far and hoping this brand keeps making good gear. They seem well made and I’m stoked to have headphones that make me feel safer and more connected with my environment. I’ll be putting them through the wringer this season!Ver másVer menos

LOVE the headphones! HATE the color
These bone conduction headphones are fantastic! I love the battery life and the fact that I can hear things going on around me is a new experience. I have a few different quality level/types of bone conduction headphones to compare to. 1 other wrap-around-the-head style cheaper set and then a mid level "wireless buds" 2-piece set.1st off. These are incredibly light I hardly remember they're on. No ear fatigue here. 2nd, the sound (compared to other conduction headphones) is great! You're never going to get bone bumping bass or full hi-fi sound out of ANY bone conduction style. However, the sound is pretty full and much less tinny than others I've tried. There's also no "temple tickle" when playing at louder volumes.There's obviously no sound cancellation with this style. You can hear most things and that's the whole point. Please take note though. If you feel like bone con. phones never are loud enough.....go to a quiet place if possible. Also, if you have the headphone volume up really loud you will lose the ability to hear what's around you, despite the "open-ear" design.The sound works similar to your own hearing...competing sounds are going to interfere with one another. Like if 2 people are talking to you at the same time, you're going to have a hard time hearing either person clearly. So if you're listening to something one the headphones and someone is trying to talk to you at the same time, the details of one or the other is going to get lost. Simple sound physics.My head size is right between where both sizes (mini and standard) fit fine. I ordered both sizes and chose to keep the mini size because the back headband didn't stick out as far and is a snugger fit.Unfortunately, The mini size only comes in black or beige. Almost every headphones/earbuds set that I own is "technology-chic-black" so I decided to try the beige. I absolutely hate it! **It looks like I'm wearing hear-aids!!** I'd take plain white over beige anyday. Why can't the mini size come in blue or coral too?Beige is so bland of a color too. Honestly, I've learned over time that people often try to talk to you when they don't realize you have headphones on/in. So I am appreciating more and more the brighter colors of headsets so people can SEE that I'm listening to something else and not get frustrated when I don't respond right away. Just my preference.
