Total value for money. Arrived in excellent condition
Bought the phone used in very good condition.Very happy with my purchase.I do not see any scratches or marks on the screen and back.Battery holds long as well.As a phone I am very happy with it.The cameras are great, software support is great. It is 3 year old phone but still working fast. I do not see reason to buy the latest model when have 95% of the functionality for les than half price. That for me is value for moneyAlso has DEX to connect to a screen and use as computer.Ver másVer menos

Great used phone
Think i got a pretty good deal for buying used. I got this phone earlier this year in January. My phone only had 1 small scratch on the top of the phone edge, but with a case on it. It wasnt noticeable. The rest of the phone was in great shape.

Phone keeps dropping service
You mean to tell me out of all the hundreds of s22 ultras you have you decided and thought it would be a good idea to send me the defective 1 you can either give me a phone that works or give me my money back I shouldn't have to keep restarting my phone or turning airplane mode on and off just for my phone to work it keeps dropping signal over and over again I thought it was a sim card error nope switched to esim guess what the same problem I really want the phone but it don't work I'll be requesting a refund or exchange for a working phone that doesn't drop service every 5 minutesVer másVer menos

Seller was great but sadley had to return phone
I really liked the galaxy 22Ultra and it was in great condition but after multiple trips to Tmobil and working with their online tech helpline no one could help me get the phone to switch to automatic carrier when away from my home internet. I was told by Tmobile tech support it had to be a hardware issue as everything else was setup correctly. i've been in and out of the hospital since Sept and sadly after one more try to fined out what was wrong I had to return it. My review is based on the ease of returning and communicating with seller.Ver másVer menos
