  Absolutely love these shoes

  I absolutely love these shoes! My doctor recommended these shoes to me, since I have very wide feet. This was the first time I’ve ever had a pair of wide shoes that didn’t rub on the sides of my feet. The toe box was perfect and I haven’t had any foot pain in 8 months, since I got these shoes. The I walk every day and the tread on these shoes has been good, hardly any wear has shown on them. I will never again spend $200 on a pair of shoes, cause I will just buy these . The price for these shoes are great and the quality is great too. I just love how they feel on my feet and I have no more calluses on the sides of my feet either. So if you’re looking for nice wide shoes these are great and they just fit so comfortably and the price is perfect.Ver másVer menos

  Will purchased again

  Has held up well and looks good, fit is very nice and roomy with wide toe box. Planning on purchasing again when needed. I have put an extra insole in them after several months of wear and still roomy enough and comfortable. I go through insoles often anyway. Work in surgery, so yes long days on feet alll day, with some walking but mainly standing. Have recommended to co workersVer másVer menos

  Almost perfect

  I bought these in both the men's and the women's version. In purchasing them this way, I ended up with an EU 41 and EU 42. I have noticed for the length, you may want to go up 1 full size from your normal size. I normally wear a 9 1/2 to 10 women's size and the 10w in this shoe just fits in the length. I should have ordered the 11w (which is the equivalent of the EU 42 mens). I've never purchased or needed an 11 before in any shoe. The EU 42 insole is the same size as my 10w new balance 840 insole.The toe box in these are comparable to Altra shoes. Very wide and allows for good toe splay. Perfect for anyone looking for that feature. I've noticed some reviews say the toe box isn't deep enough, I have not experienced that. I can cross my big toe over my little toes easily within the shoe. Plenty of wiggle room for me.When you put on these shoes, it seems they are stiff in the sole. Not much cushion as compared to many other tennis shoes. They do seem to soften some over time. If this is an issue, the insoles are removable, so you could get something with more cushion or arch support if needed.The tongue on the shoe could use some more cushion. I notice feeling the laces on the top of my foot. I might just be a bit sensitive on the top of my foot though. It has not caused any blistering. I've also noticed the same on my 840 new balance on one foot. So its not just a Bronax thing.As far as the design, I'm not crazy about the silver design around the heel. Looks kinda cheap IMO.All in all, if Bronax would change the size chart by one size, add some more cushion to the tongue, and get rid of the silver design by the heel, I think these shoes would be absolutely perfect.With that being said, at 1/3 of the price of comparable wide toe box shoes, I will gladly take these. Im sure i can figure out the top of the foot situation by trial and error of adjusting the laces. And i can deal with the design on the heel. It's rare to find a shoe to fit, and these fit perfectly. I actually ordered them on Amazon and they came the same day I left for a vacation. I wore these the entire time traveling, did a ton of walking, and did not experience any real pain or rubbing. They didn't need to be broken in, they just fit from day 1. I plan on purchasing more colors of these shoes. I hope Bronax comes out with other designs of shoes with this toe design, I would love to have even more options.Added: after about 1 month of wearing, the tongue of the shoe is no longer bothersome at all. The shoe has broken in and the cushioning is absolutely perfect. They no longer have that stiff feel to them. Neither of these things were dealbreakers before, but the shoe has become even closer to perfect. After 1 month, they also still look new.

  Finally, actually wide enough and doesn't look ridiculous

  Wide toe box. I have always needed to buy in the men's shoe section. Men's wide. I figured out what bunions are because I have them from shoes that cramp toes together.These are comfortable! This is my third time buying them and I'll happily stick with these forever onwards. Surprisingly, my last pair and I survived a Minnesota summer and winter together. They have no insulation and they're breathable.There's no "breaking in" period. I used to sift through sketchers and newbalance. Sketchers are gorgeous but they brought out that arthritic pain in force. Newbalance exaggerate the width of your already absurdly wide feet with the bottom edge weirdly even wider than the shoe. It does provide support and balance if you can tolerate being seen in them. These Bronax come in at less than half the cost and suit far better.I wound up giving my spare all black pair to my nephew. Kid suddenly needed presentable shoes and has duck feet too.Ver másVer menos

  Comfortable but Frumpy

  They are comfortable with a very wide toe box for those with bunions or neuromas. However they look like duck feet. I missed the return window to send them back. So now they are very comfortable garden shoes.

  The wide toe box is great!

  My feet: Wide toe box due to bunions. Narrow at the heel. Running shoe store associates have said I have a Neutral pronation.Initial Observations and Impressions:- The Bronax sneaker is a stiffer shoe compared to other sneakers I have owned (doesn’t give much when raising up on the balls of my feet). This did not negatively impact my comfort. It was just something that I noticed.- I like a firm insole feel versus something too cushiony but the Bronax insoles felt a little too hard for me. I bought a pair of insoles at the store and they provided just enough cushion for the bottoms of my feet and my arches. Having said that, I asked my hubby if he noticed any differences with the insoles when he tried on my shoes, and he did not.- The wide toe box is AHHHHMAZING! I had plenty of room for my toes and my bunions did not hurt. I found the back of the shoes a little wide for my heels. I laced the shoe strings to the very top holes and that helped my feet feel more secure (Will probably purchase longer shoe strings in the future).- Took the sneakers for a test walk today at an arts and crafts event (mix of asphalt, concrete, hard surface flooring, some thin carpet). Walked around for an hour. My feet did not hurt, and my joints (knees, hips) did not hurt. Looking forward to talking longer walks in these sneakers to see how they do!Ver másVer menos
