  Light and very comfortable, no arch support

  I’m very happy with these Garoe V2. I actually do not use them for trail running. Instead, I bought them to use for mowing the lawn and other outdoor yard work. I was just looking for a comfortable, supportive, and durable shoe to protect my feet while working out in a yard that has hard bumpy uneven ground. The previous shoes I was wearing were killing my feet. With these Garoe V2, my feet no longer hurt. The shoes seem well made, are very light, supportive, durable, and extremely comfortable. For a trail running shoe, they have a surprising amount of cushion. The only thing lacking is arch support, they literally have none. These are truly a neutral shoe. Fortunately, I had some mild arch support inserts that just fit the shoe. The only other trail running shoes I tried before purchasing these were the Adidas Terrex TraceFinder, and they did not have nearly as much cushion as these Garoe V2. If you’re looking for a trail running shoe that is light and has actual cushion you can feel, these are definitely worth looking at. Just be aware there is no arch support.Ver másVer menos

  Excellent Cushioning

  First of all, the sizing is consistent with standard US measurements, meaning it fits true to size compared to other New Balance models, as well as Reebok and Skechers. That said, it runs about half a size larger than brands like Adidas, Brooks, K-Swiss, and ASICS.The build quality is decent, but there's room for improvement. There are a few small spots where glue is visible, although they're not easy to notice. Personally, I really like the design.The grip is poor on flat indoor surfaces (like tiles), but it performs very well on trails—which is exactly what this shoe is designed for. The cushioning and overall comfort are excellent. The sole feels thick, soft, and bouncy, with great shock absorption, even when jumping down from heights.Overall, I can easily recommend these running shoes, especially for trail running.Ver másVer menos

  Great shoes

  My husband really likes these shoes. Very comfortable. He wears them daily to work (electrician) they have lasted a while

  Excellent New Balance Fresh Foam X Garoé V2 Trail Running Shoes

  Love these Fresh Foam X Garoé V2s!. This is my second pair of same model---with the first pair (blue) purchased 15 months ago specifically for trail runs. I've worn them daily, putting at least 700 miles on them. They've endured, with the body looking hardly worn at all. Good grip on pavement, roads, and trail. Quite lightweight. They were showing a little wear on the tread so bought the gray version pictured here. Surprise! These feel even more comfortable. Now I've been wearing them while not running because they look and feel great. Great value for the price. Current model pictured below:Ver másVer menos

  Good buy.

  Comfy and good support. I'm a big guy and they feel good. Was hoping for more of a squishy feel like hokas given the look of these. They aren't as soft but a great shoe.
