An affordable replacement 👌
So my old phone finally bit the dust(note 10 plus) I really wasn't interested in buying a new phone due to the high price of them. I was scared of buying a refurbished phone because some of the reviews but the phone I purchased is Amazing! I bought the unlocked tmobile phone and it is in EXCELLENT condition, 1 minor ding in the upper right corner that is truly unnoticeable. The battery doesn't drain fast. It is basically brand new! For $400 I think it's a great replacement phone! I like the seller placed a screen protector over the screen. I'm very happy with my purchase so far(1 week)....but if anything changes I will update. I hope this helps someone cause reading honest reviews helps me make my decisions especially with costly purchases.Ver másVer menos

Very surprised
I was iffy about getting any phone from here. So far it works great. The battery doesn't seem to last. I'm not on wifi much and haven't been on social media much and it's about 40% by 8pm. It's been a couple of days. Hope it works out

I miss my LG's
I've been a long-time Android user with LG phones, but because they are no longer making new phones or supporting old ones, I chose Samsung's top phone for my next purchase. I really regret that decision.I am having several problems getting even basic functions to work.- Notification sounds would not work for any apps until after doing a system reset, less than 24 hours after unboxing it.- Voicemail notifications cannot be removed. I've never set up voicemail, yet it insists on showing me that I have voicemail. With my LG, there was a method to remove that stubborn notification, but apparently not with this phone.- The phone connects to my car's bluetooth, but I cannot get any audio (mp3s or downloaded podcasts) to play through my car's speakers. A feature I use every day.- The ringtone volume is very low. I slept through an incoming cell phone call for the first time in my life.- Mobile data isn't working despite a full 5GUC signal.- Dragging (rearranging) icons on the home screens is a frustrating task. Constantly dropping where I do not want them to go.- And the settings menus are much more complex than they need to be.Additionally, the phone's speakers sound much worse than my old LG V60, and the battery seems to drain about twice as quick as my V60 (both have 5000 mAh batteries).I'm about to give up.Ver másVer menos
