This has been an answer to my prayers!
I have had severe RLS since I was 7 years old. Today I am 71. Through the years I have tried every med known to my neurologist. I use topical gel. For me, cold works so I have strapped small blue ice packs to my legs and bottoms of my feet every night.Recently someone on an RLS site I’m on mentioned that they tried this Vibration Plate and it has worked well for them. I have been having a very difficult time lately so I decided to give this a shot.So far this has been an answer to my prayers. I couldn’t believe this Vibration Plate along with my meds and Biofreeze gel I use every evening I was able to actually sleep through the night for the first time in a very long time. It’s easy to use, it seems well made and it will last a long time. If I find it to be different I will add to my comment here.Ver másVer menos

Solid Vibration Plate for Joints, Circulation, and Overall Wellness
I bought this vibration plate based on a recommendation from a friend who has been using this exact model for a while. After seeing how consistent she was with it and how good she felt using it, I decided to try it myself.I use this about 20 minutes, three times a week, and it honestly makes me feel great afterward. The vibration is strong but controlled, and it feels like a full body activation even though you’re just standing or doing light movements. I notice it most in my legs, hips, and core, and it really helps loosen up my joints. One of the big reasons people are drawn to vibration plates is for circulation and lymphatic movement, and I can see why. It gives you that gentle shake that gets things moving without stressing your body. It’s also helpful for muscle engagement, balance, and overall body wellness, especially on days when you don’t want an intense workout. The machine itself feels sturdy and well made. It’s easy to use, not overly noisy, and the remote makes it simple to adjust settings. This is not a miracle weight loss machine on its own, but as a wellness tool for joints, circulation, lymphatic support, and general recovery, it’s been a really good addition to my routine. I’m happy with it and plan to keep using it consistently.Ver másVer menos

This jiggle really jiggles
Ok so if you’re on the jiggler train you know ! I have never used a different one so this is all based off my experience with this one. I love that this model goes on sale so often so you can get it at a really great price if you keep an eye on it. Honestly if you’re looking at it now and it’s too much just wait- it will go down. It’s a really sturdy model as well, my toddler sometimes really messes with it and nothing has happened to it so far. It works for me an my husband for different things- he likes to use it to try and loosen up his stiff body and for his pain. I like to use it to help clear up my lymphatic system - and it totally helps me go if you know what I mean lol. I love that when I get to it in the morning I feel that extra boost of energy and when I do it in the evening it seems to help melt away the tension in my body, helps me release which then helps with the pains from the day. We’ve already put this thing through a lot and it’s totally standing up to everything we do it’s quite durable ! Also I really like the size of it- not too small !Ver másVer menos

Amazing Workout Tool – Fun, Effective, and Easy to Use!
I am absolutely thrilled with the EILISON FITABS 3D Vibration Plate! This machine has completely changed the way I approach at-home workouts. From the moment I started using it, I could feel my muscles engaging in ways that traditional exercises don’t always hit. The 3D vibration technology is incredible—it targets multiple muscle groups at once, and I can feel it working in my legs, core, and even arms depending on the positions I use. Workouts are quick but effective, which is perfect for my busy schedule.I also appreciate how user-friendly it is. The controls are simple, the presets make it easy to get started, and it’s sturdy and stable even at higher vibration levels. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared to other vibration plates I’ve tried, so I can use it without disturbing anyone in the house.Overall, this plate has helped me tone up, improve my balance, and feel stronger overall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, efficient, and effective addition to their fitness routine.Ver másVer menos

It's been a full year and I LOVE IT!
Such a great gift I was given last Christmas! I’ve had this vibration platform for a year now. I've used many (some prescribed by doctors) and this is definitely a keeper!I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. I've also used it on synthetic wood, glossy tiles and carpet... worked great on all!The machine makes very little noise (but people downstairs CAN 110% hear it. And depending how you stand, it's louder/quieter). I have used it up to max vibration speed and enjoy it, but am aware that I can't do it too early or late. Honestly, when it starts making a bit too much noise... I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away easily. This isn't the strongest on the market, but I'm OK with that. It gets rid of pain, is functional in multiple workout positions, is easy to move around the home, grips to the floor, is a reasonable price, has multiple settings, good attachments, bright light, distinct remote, audible buttons... I love it.This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I noticed slight weight loss and skin improvement within one month of consistent use. I haven't used the attachments but they're all very strong and trustworthy. Now with all that being said, let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with... The remote doesn’t always work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to do its thing.Using the machine wasn’t too hard to figure out but I'm sure some people prefer a more detailed manual.I initially complained about the max timer setting buttttt I then learned about the health risks... do your research before buying one.Although I have those minor issues, I'd still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality (buttons, remote, sound etc.) could be better.Ver másVer menos
