Works great
I have now purchased 3. I work at a doctor's office and it works perfect for what I need. Bought one for my mother in law and husband and it's perfect for what they need. We have a bigger laptop for when we havealot to do. But for simple things and travel its light weight and compact. Works great!!Ver másVer menos

HP Chromebook
I would have said the item was flawless; until I found a slightly rough spot and saw it was missing a small piece of trim. Almost unnoticeable. Everything else is perfect. Up-to-date software, battery is perfect, and surprise it's 'touch screen'.The lightest Chromebook I've seen and would highly recommend it.Just further note, I'm a missionary in the Heart of South America and use these notebooks under rough circumstances to provide free computers to primitive villages and schools.Ver másVer menos

Great gift for my granddaughter!
I wasn't sure if I was going to regret it but so far, this has been incredible for my 6yr old granddaughter!! She can easily navigate to her videos, super easy to set up parent controls and I have no issues if this laptop ends up broken or she outgrows it!! I'm even thinking about looking for another one for my travel usage!Ver másVer menos

Should be marketed as a laptop for Children
(DONT USE FOR WORK!)Storage is horrible... claims 16GB but doesn't mention that 13GB is taken up by the Internal system Doesn't even come with enough internal storage to run Linux or Google Play store also constantly wipes your browser data unexpectedly, Even after adding a hard drive and a 168GB SD card Linux and the Google Play store Will not let you use an external storage to increase the internal operating systems storage capacity, basically this is only good for YouTube and surfing the web. Useless for anything else, and at times will have you wanting to chuck it out a window when it randomly downloads systems apps that you have already uninstalled like zoom or Whatsapp etc. and causes your system to run out of storage and when you go to continue your work session it auto wipes all your progress because it keeps auto downloading apps that you have no storage space for.... Even after uninstalling everything that's not essential to running properly and disabling both the Play store and Linux from the computer all I'm left with is 3GB which is barely enough for the system to recognize that I have an external storage connected allowing me to save things like pictures or text documents, It will allow you to download zip / APK files But there's no way to open them or extract them using an external... Honestly I would recommend just spending the extra $50-100 and getting yourself a FUNCTIONAL laptop.Ver másVer menos
