Poor performance

Product came with scratches and the screen is popping out. It opens random tabs and the battery life is horrible. Horrendous product experience and low quality performance. Not worth the price

Broken keys can’t type

Decent quality for a refurbished laptop. A lot of the keys don’t work on the computer so have to purchase an external keyboard in order to use a keyboard and not have to use the touch screen to type the broken letters.

Great Chromebook for the prices. I ended up buying a second one after getting the first.

Works but is in poor condition

It works fine. However, it arrived and the track pad has a layer pealibg away and ther is a small chunk broken off a corner. I realize that it is refurbished, but it said good condition. I'd call this poor condition. Won't order from the seller again.
