Better than a Texas blue cheese burger, not as tasty though
The moment I put these one I absolutely knew, that this amazing feat of science was for me, the ultimate best decision I could have ever made. Better than the decision to wrap my side vehicle in a full wrap depicting the weirdest of my company's ads, better than the decision to buy boots a half size bigger only to flop around the boot all day, better than my decision to dig a pond in the yard only to have it overgrown with lilies and frogs that drive the neighborhood crazy at night (the only reason I don't fill it in, actually). Yes, this feat of science with it's copper that cannot be seen (but must be inside the flat rubber that runs throughout inside) does absolutely NOTHING for me. Nothing at all.However, I am giving 5 stars because it is elastic enough at a large to securely high my knee. In this case, it must have some circulatory benefit. The fabric it is woven out of is good, it isn't neoprene or cheap nylon. No, no, no. I like the color (it isn't as pictured, the color is dull, but at least one doesn't have to walk around looking like iron man) I like the feeling of constriction in the knee area but I don't feel anything special over this. The copper may be having an effect but I certainly don't feel it. And maybe that is what this is all about: half useful and half placebo.Who knows, I certainly don't.It stays in place, gives some support and helps me when I sit and get up, especially with my out of shape self.I'll give is a few weeks before I wash them and then toss them in a drawer with my compression socks, sleeves, braces and the rest.I'd recommend it, of course, but as for the copper technology, yeah, this isn't a light bulb that burns forever, this is just for the knees. So I guess they will last a good while, probably until I need new knees or finally outgrow these. Again, who knows and who cares.Take a chance. It's probably a better decision than the one I made last week at the casino, or at the dinner table when I tried to tackle that Texas burger with the blue cheese. This decision doesn't bring heartburn with it. Won't break the wallet either.Ver másVer menos
