Perfect knee brace to protect from excessive torque
My wife has had problems intermittently with her right knee if she twists it the wrong way during her regular cardio exercise classes. Things improved significantly when she got a pair of Ryka training shoes but certain movements caused the problem to recur albeit less often. I purchased these knee braces based on positive on line reviews and she loves them. She’s worn them for a couple of classes and has had no issues. She is even wearing the knee for her right knee for other activities like gardening to avoid sudden torque on her knee. She loves the compression which she says is perfect. Not too tight or too loose. She used the size chart and selected a small. It’s easy to put on and take off the thickness is ideal-not too thick or too thin and the quality is excellent. The brace doesn’t cause excess sweat. She only plans on using one but the extra brace will allow her to wash the one she’s been wearing without having to stop for a day.
