  Good combination of value, grip, cushion, and customizability.

  Online reviews were a bit hard to confirm the information that I was looking for - so I’ll break down what I was looking for in these for a home gym.I wanted some mats that weren’t too soft - firm enough to walk on, work out on etc, that also provides a decent amount of cushion while also having good traction.I will say that these hit the mark on all fronts for me.As far as ease of installation and joining tiles, that was straightforward as well. I had a lot of excess edge pieces but that wasn’t an issue. Some corners required a bit of trimming to fit where I wanted, but nothing a careful cut with an x-acto wouldn’t fix.Grip is solid, no risk of slipping when sweaty, but does gather dust fairly easily. So something to keep in mind.Value for money on sale was pretty high I’d say, and I haven’t seen any durability issues after using it for over a month 3 days a week. I have a set of dumbbells and an indoor bike.As far as size goes, it fit my footprint well, with the ability you customize to my desired footprint.Ver másVer menos

  great > .5 inch exercise flooring option

  Haven't used for workouts yet, so time will tell. Best price on Amazon (or anywhere) for the thickness and quality. As most have said, somewhat strong chemical odor out of the package, but just let them sit in the garage for a week and it will dissipate. I left the window open and used odor absorbing gel containers once installed which also helped. They met my >.5 inch requirement and although the first few did slide a bit on a laminate underfloor the weight of several together held them in place well, though I did go wall-to-wall to ensure a solid feel.Notes: don't leave them in the sun or they can fade (from manufacturer); they have a strong static cling effect so any dust or debris will stick to them and will need to be vacuumed or wiped off before laying down; they go together well but each joint has to be pinched and pulled a bit to get them to lay flat; there was some slight color difference in a few of the pieces so I just used them under equipment and it can't be noticed; there is a one-way ridge pattern (like paint strokes) on each so be sure to match the pattern if you want a uniform look; squares have a unique angled joint in the middle of each side, unsure why but perhaps to keep them from being used with other brands?; they cut easily with a good sharp utility knife but make sure you switch new blades out often as the rubber gunks them up quickly; when making very narrow precise cuts it works better to flip them over and cut from the softer bottom side; they will significantly absorb ambient light in a room so consider increasing lighting to compensate; each square comes with 2 edge pieces so you'll have a bunch left over, I kept them for filling gaps; consider getting an extra box for safe keeping in case you need to replace some squares in the future and they're discontinuedVer másVer menos

  Outstanding home gym flooring

  I recently installed this rubber flooring in my basement gym setup, and I'm beyond impressed. The interlocking tiles went down super easily, no special tools needed, just snapped together perfectly over the concrete. It covered the entire space without any hassle, even around the base of my power rack and other equipment. I cut the edges straight along the walls for a perfect fit.So far, it's holding up amazingly well to heavy drops, squats, deadlifts, and daily use. No signs of wear, tearing, or shifting.   Good quality

  So far these have held their value really well. Only downside is all of the outer ring does start to peel off and not stick all that well, like the puzzle pieces don’t stay in place on the outer ring, but overall quality is great. Sturdy on top but still soft and comfortable.Ver másVer menos

  Great for my home gym set up. The mats lock together easily and stay together well. I really like that I could configure these any way that I wanted.
