I got these magnetic tiles thinking they’d be a nice little STEM toy for the kids. What I didn’t expect was that I’d be sitting on the floor 20 minutes later arguing about structural stability like I was designing a real building.Get this... this product is fun for all ages. It is one of those rare toys that actually lives up to the “3–12” age range claim and even beyond.. Younger kids enjoy snapping simple shapes together, while older kids (and let’s be honest, adults) start experimenting with towers, bridges, houses, and dramatic collapses.The open-ended design is the biggest win. I must say you may need more than one pack (or tiles) to build bigger things.The magnets are strong enough to hold structures together without constant collapsing, but not so strong that small hands struggle to separate them. You can build upward without immediate disaster, which is crucial for toddler morale. The tiles feel sturdy and smooth, with no sharp edges. They’ve survived drops, stepping incidents, and enthusiastic “construction site” moments. So far, they’re holding up well.The bright colors are eye-catching and make builds more exciting. It also helps younger kids with color recognition while they play.Considering how often they get used, and how long they hold attention, the value is solid.
