Have totally changed sleep and digestion for me! But gentle enough that I don't get any side effects (except weird and vivid dreams but i got used to that lol). Cheaper on amazon than my local grocer too!

These are the best magnesium supplements we have found!

These are the best magnesium supplements i have found. My wife and I take these every night before bed. We have both noticed our sleep has improved. We haven’t had any side effects from them at all. Will continue to buy!
