Great little thermometer!
Great little thermometer! It lives on the side of the fridge, attached magnetically for easy grabbing. It reads quick, the digital screen is nice, and it's been working for years. I came back checking for the max temperature (300C/572F) and wanted to share that it just keeps chugging along. I've bought multiple for myself and family members, absolutely no complaints!Ver másVer menos

Good and not expensive

Easy to use, easy to read, fairly accurate
All the seller's info about the features are valid except for the accuracy, although the degree of error is basically trivial. I did a test in our kitchen in San Francisco, which is at sea level. Water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit at sea level, so I brought a small saucepan of distilled water to a steady, rolling boil and tested several of our cooking thermometers in succession. The TempPro was low by ~ 2-3 degrees. One of the old non-electronic Taylor thermometers with a round dial about the diameter of a quarter was very close to 212, as was the battery powered Polder model. I especially like the large digital display of the TempPro, and the magnetic docking so it can perch on top of the range hood instead of our already cluttered utensils drawer. I'll keep it and just err on he side of bringing meats to a slightly higher temp than the standard recommendations.Ver másVer menos

Great thermometer but no clip
Very good does everything it says. I wish instead of it being magnetic it had a clip of some sort. This thermometer would be so good if it had a clip😔.

TempPro Tp 19h 1 sec digital thermometer is my go to thermometer. It is very easy to use. Open the probe and the thermometer turns on close to turn off. It is very easy to read the numbers and has a light to see the temp in the dark. It looks real good and is slightly curved to fit in your hand. It is not heavy or bulky it easily enhances your cooking. The temperature reads true, I verified this by using another thermometer as well. I do recommend this productVer másVer menos
