Great little tablet with amazing battery life!
I have an autistic child who loves being able to control the volume and speed of the movies he watches and the fire tablets have been the most durable. He recently messed up the sound on his fire 8 HD and it just broke his little heart. I debated getting a smaller tablet, but decided to go ahead and do it (he mainly watches on the fire 10 hd). At first I was a little worried because it seemed so small compared to the 10 and even the 8. However, he loves it! It connects to WiFi without issue and it's a great size if you're into reading.The Amazon Fire 7 tablet os light and fast and, best of all, can last about 11 hours before needing to charge! It's the perfect size for reading and for taking on outings. The tablet I received looked just as good as the brand new ones, no scratches, dents, etc. I highly recommend.Ver másVer menos

Durable, well made, stable operating system
Works well, no blurring or instability while operating. It looks like any other Fire tablet, with the same features as past models. I expect that it will last 16 years, as my last Fire did. I have dropped it without any damage to the tablet.

Has a nice little screen, vivid colors, real good picture. Hold the charge for quite a while.. worth every penny of the $50..Would be great little gifts

Great tablet!
Touch and go with the setup. While it was advertised with 16 GB of storage it really has 10.68 GB. I inserted a 128 GB sdcard but for some reason the card made this unit unusable. It continuously rebooted. After I removed the card it works perfectly. I have ordered another 32GB card to.see if that works better. I will like it after I get all the kinks out.Update: As I said before, I ordered a 32 GB SD card made for Fire Tablets and it works perfectly now. Cool little unit.Ver másVer menos

There’s some limit
The Fire 7 tablet is okay, but you need to understand its limits before buying. The size is very small — 7 inches feels cramped, especially for reading, browsing, or watching videos. Performance is acceptable for basic use, but it is not very smooth and can feel slow at times.The biggest limitation is the operating system. This is not standard Android; it uses Amazon’s own OS, which means the app selection is very limited. Many common apps are missing or require workarounds. Because of this, it’s not ideal if you expect full Android functionality.Overall, it can be a decent gift for light use or for someone who only needs basic features, but it’s not a powerful or flexible tablet. For The Price It's Worth It....If
I needed a quick tablet to get online for a decent price, this tablet has been great, sometimes its a little sluggish , i think its the wifi limit and the low ram , but it does everything i need which is browsing,prime and youtube if you do more, getting a better model may be better.Ver másVer menos
