Best purchase you will ever make!
My son LOVES this strap it holds his occulus on his head steady and it doesn't weigh down your head or hurt your neck from the weight pressure. Fits secure and balanced. Much better than the original straps they come with I would definitely recommend this specially if got little kids that play on the VR sets it adjust easy and is comfortable enough for child to adult. This is the best investment for price its worth it toss away your factory strap you wont regret the replacement with this! Im buying a few extra for gifts to give my nephews! THE BEST UPGRADE FOR THE QUEST 2
I will never be able to go back to the default Oculus head strap ever again after using this KIWI head strap.My strap that originally came with the Quest 2 had finally broken, and I was forced to find a replacement. I knew whilst I was searching that I desperately needed something better than what Meta gives you by default, and I came across this head strap. I was a bit hesitant initially, the price point scared me off a bit, but after reading the reviews I caved and decided to buy.It has been around 5 months, and I have never felt more comfortable using my headset than I have with this strap.For starters, installing the KIWI head strap was fairly simple, the instructions were easy to follow, and I got it working in no time. After using it for the first time I could immediately feel a difference, this strap is very durable and disperses the weight of the VR headset MUCH more evenly than the flimsy strap that comes by default with the Quest 2.As someone who frequently uses their headset for games such as Beat Saber that require lots of movement and physical activity, this upgrade was a necessity. The KIWI strap comes with two angles of attack, a foam strap above the head, and the hard plastic/foam strap that rests behind your head, leading to the more even dispersion of weight. The soft foam strap that goes above your head is comfortable, and soft. The hard plastic strap behind the head also has a nice foam covering as well, which just makes everything that much nicer to wear.There is a little dial on the back which you can turn to adjust the width, so this strap is accommodating for all ages and head sizes, adjusting the size of the strap is extremely easy to do.Besides the wonderful quality, the aesthetics of this product are lovely as well, genuinely this head strap looks more official and in-place than the default fabric stretchy disappointing strap that Meta gives you!!Truly such a wonderful product, ever since I've bought this, I've been using my headset more than ever, it's actually comfortable to use now! Way better than OEM head strap
So much better than the original headgear. I wasn’t a fan of the OEM headstrap so I looked for something to change it out. This got a lot of positive reviews so I gave it a shot. Very easy to change out and very comfortable. It’s easy to adjust and fits perfect on my VR standVer másVer menos

3rd-party gaming accessories are always bad... except when it's KIWI
Before I review:1. Headphone Users - The ONLY downside to this head strap is that the way it's built doesn't really allow for you to wear headphones over your Quest 2 unless they're absurdly wide. If that's a concern, I'd look into something shaped a little differently (Such as the BOBOVR M2, which I personally found to be really unbalanced and uncomfortable - but I'm told that adding weight to the back helps. Do with that information what you will.)I personally prefer using some high-quality earbuds (or even just the stock speakers) so this doesn't impact my score at all - but I find it worth mentioning.2. I recently saw that KIWI is now offering a head strap with a built-in battery (look for "Battery Head Strap" on their website) but after having set this one up with a small battery harness (also sold by KIWI on Amazon, search "KIWI design 3 in 1 Battery Strap") and a cheap 10,000mah battery bank (that I originally bought for keeping my phone charged on hikes) I see no reason to make the switch - it's perfect just the way it is.Anyway... On to the review:This is easily the first accessory that any Quest 2 owner should pick up.I generally avoid 3rd-party accessories for gaming hardware. I mean, everyone knows that the "Official" products are better, right?Not this time.The stock strap is always either too loose or too tight and, after a little while, it just starts to loosen up on its own... so then you over-tighten it and end up with a headache.KIWI somehow makes products that exceed the official Meta accessories in quality while offering them at a lower price (sometimes a LOT lower). It's just mind-blowing to me that Meta/Facebook sets their retail prices staggeringly high and yet can't offer a fraction of the quality that KIWI does (like their 16ft link cable that literally outperforms the official Oculus/Meta link cable at a fraction of the cost)... not to mention that the official "Elite" strap offered by Meta is so cheap and brittle that it snaps like balsa wood.Incredibly comfortable, super easy to install, and if you add on a cheap USB battery (doesn't everyone have a few of these now-a-days?) it's the perfect setup for those day-long VR sessions.There's something so satisfying about the clicks as you tighten the knob... knowing that once you're comfortable, it's going to stay that way.This upgrade singlehandedly improved my experience to the point that I could easily double or triple the length of my gaming sessions just because of the comfort difference.I've never been this comfortable in the Quest 2, and I know I'll be getting all my Quest accessories from KIWI from now on.

Comfortable but would only buy on discounts.
It fits nice and snug grip my face well and it doesn't feel to cheap with me personally loving the material they chose to use for both the back and top pad. The only con I can find in this headstap is the price, with me expecting more but compared to other straps it is amazing.Ver másVer menos

If you get a quest 2 this should be the first accessory you buy.
When I first got my Quest 2 headset the straps that came with it gave me headaches every time I played and severely limited my play time unless I was feeling stubborn enough to deal with the pain. It'd be a safe bet after 2-3 hours of play (basically nothing for me), and sometimes much less than that, I'd have a pretty severe headache for the rest of the day. I installed this strap setup and the headaches are pretty much entirely gone. I've played for at least one full charge every day since I got this product and played for ~12 hours (including a charge break) the day before writing this review and the difference is beyond night and day. The worst thing I've experienced is occasionally a hair might get tugged but that has happened maybe once or twice so far.The strap and back pad are nice and soft. The adjustment is easy and doesn't change with gameplay (unlike the original strap) unless you change it yourself. The adjustment is controlled by a dial on the plastic section behind the back pad and clicks when tightening. The up and down pivot ability is also helping to keep the lenses cleaner too since as advertised you put it straight on then lower the strap setup rather than sliding it all down over your face and hair. Installation was very easy too. The worst part for me was the visor removal but that's just because I always do things like that slowly and deliberately to help make sure I don't break anything. It's really simple and easy to get it done. It's also making the use of a link cable easier as the side portions are flexible plastic allowing much better use of my cable's provided retention strap. There is no pressure at all on the sides of your head and the back pad cradles the back of your head in it's soft foam while the top strap sits like the original but is also made of that same foam. The artificial leather covering the foam it also very soft and smooth. The whole thing is significantly more comfortable and it does a significantly better job of distributing pressure without making you feel like your head is going to pop. It also adds a little weight to the back of your head giving a bit of counterbalance the old elastic straps couldn't provide.I've mostly played Hotdogs, Horseshoes, & Hand Grenades (which is an absolutely fantastic game btw) and some Pavlov since I got it and tend to be quick and aggressive with movements including turning. Provided it's properly adjusted it doesn't move. Still have to try Blade & Sorcery with it but I have no doubt it'll do every bit as well with that too.The only real issue I can think of is if you bend down too far and it's loose enough there's a risk of it falling off. Just don't try to look between your legs and keep it properly adjusted and you should be good lol. I'd rather deal with this minor risk than the relentless pressure of the original straps any day.This product made my Quest 2 much more playable and fun. Do yourself a favor and ditch the elastic straps your headset likely came with and buy one of these today.
