  Best pre-work I've had in the past decade

  Nearly 8years ago Hyde pre-workout was (IMO) absolutely top tier! Then... they absolutely gutted their formula! Now it's bottom tier and overpriced. Ever since I've been looking for a replacement... After 3 purchases, now Redcon1 Total War is my new go-to!This is a fairly intense formula, with higher than avarage beta-alinine and caffeine content. I get heavy tingles, massive stamina gain, and a very well paced flow of energy for at least a couple hours. Its potent, practical, No bs or cheesy gimmick ingredients."Cali Splash" flavor is pretty flat, but good enough (and still better than most brands). Watermelon was supringly good though! It's always mixed smooth, and hasn't affected my stomach like other brands I've tried. I do useLittle tip... if you're not picky there's always a flavor selling cheaper.   worth the money

  One of the most consistent pre-workouts I have used, and I have used many. For the price, the focus, and the duration of energy (90-120 minutes), it consistently gets the job done. No preworkout can substitute hard work and effort, but this pre will certainly help on days where you really don't want to lift.Ver másVer menos

  Great flavor

  Flavor is a little sour which i personally like. Great taste not chalky and no unnecessary additives. I have 4/5 due to the fact the stim didn’t last as long as i hoped but nothing another half scoop can’t solve

  Love this brand

  Love this product for working out. The flavor is delicious and I don't always use the full scoop depending on with I have to do the next day and when I do go do my workout but I definitely do feel the product when I do go to do my workout and it gives me that good amount of energy that I need and even if I do take it like let's say after 3:00 p.m. and I'm and insomniac and always worry about not being able to sleep but funny thing is is I still end up getting able to go to sleep even though I take it so it gives me that energy for the workout but does not keep me from sleeping at night which is great. I have tried other brands that do not give you that tingle workout feeling like this does so the effectiveness of this is excellent I do like the focus the strength and the quality of this product. I find good deals on it so I do have the value of the money if you find a good deal on it. So it didn't last me so I absolutely recommend itVer másVer menos

  It is amazing! But taste not so much.

  I literally just got this less than a day ago. I been using old school labs pre workout and I love it. The only reason why I decided to get another brand was because I been wanting to go a little harder on arm day and old school labs wasn’t giving that itch. Don’t get me wrong it definitely works but again I just need a bit more energy. Decided to give it a try after coking down from my rest days and holy shooooooot… it works. I felt a slight itch of one scoop but nothing horrible. I’m about 265 I’m weight and the ken scoop definitely did it’s thing. I took it around 8:30 and it’s 1:14 as of right now and I still don’t feel a crash and I hope I don’t because I start work at 2 pm 😂 but this is amazing so far and I’ll try to update this after I try a few more times. I got the Cali splash and for whatever reason the taste was not it. Again I’ll give it a few more before I update this review!Ver másVer menos

  This one is different from every other purchase

  I get the orange crush pre workout all the time. It tastes like skittles. However this new tub i got of total war taste horrible. Its as if someone made their own powder and put it into a total war container and is scamming people
