This pencil goes on smoothly. It does smear. Great retractable.

It's better than leading brands

It does wear off so you have to keep applying it periodically during the day but other than that, I'd rather wear this product and refresh it than to purchase leading brands that stay on longer but smudge. This one doesn't smudge as bad at all.
