My Go to Smooth Glide Eye Pencil!!!
The only quality smooth glide eye pencil with rich intense color and coverage that doesn’t smudge, run, or irritate my eyes. It is Water resistant without being Waterproof, so at the end of a long day it is easy Removability. I cannot use or master a liquid liner without watering eyes and looking like something out of a horror film and ultimately having taking it off and throw it away. good quality
the only liner my Emo daughter will wear :) I have tried too and I see why. It doesnt smudge unless you make it smudge and last all day.

Perfect. Runs out too fast.
It’s not very water resistant but is the only eyeliner I love that doesn’t flake. Only downside is how fast it runs out.
