  So comfortable!

  Buttery soft! Almost feels like wearing nothing. I wear this to workout - mostly walking/jogging on a treadmill. They don't curl down at the waist or rise up the leg. I ordered a Large and that's what I usually wear - they fit perfect. Very smooth feel, but good quality, not see through cheap material. Will most likely order another pair soon!Ver másVer menos

  Just as advertised.

  I love the Baleaf brand. It’s always good quality, product is as advertised and fit is normal. The version of these shorts that I ordered is lightweight and soft, perfect for summer and the pockets are a good size.

  Love these shorts.

  These shorts are very comfortable and true to size. I bought the 3x size. Very nice looking shorts The length was perfect for me. The color was spot on. I have 3 pairs of these shorts in different colors. The fabric is not thin or see thru. There is compression to these shorts. They hold me in but not to the point of being uncomfortable. I have had 2 of these shorts for a couple of years and they are very durable. I love them so much i bought another pair very recently. I also love that they have pockets They wash well. I haven't ever put them in the dryer. I prefer air drying.Ver másVer menos

  Comfy with Minimal Ride-Up

  Height: 5'4"Weight: 167.8Size Ordered: LargeI bought these shorts b/c they were recommended by a few people in my running group. As I am in the middle of my weight loss journey, I didn't want to break the bank but I did have some important requirements. I was looking for something with a longer length that did not cut into my leg fat AND that did not ride up into the Zone of No Return while I was exercising.My "before run" photo is me after having just put the shorts on before doing light stretching and doing a 1 mile run/jog. As you can see the hem hits just above my knee, which is a satisfactory length for me, but it did cut a little into my leg fat. It wasn't uncomfortable or pinchy though, so I was willing to give it a try. (Not pictured, the shorts also rose up to and over my belly button, so they are high waisted and even all the way around my natural waist. Again, this is ideal and exactly what I wanted.)My "after run" photo is me after having just worn the shorts while doing light stretching and doing a 1 mile run/jog. For some reason the shorts rode up only on my right leg and pretty much stayed in place on the left. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but at least the legs weren't totally devoured up into the Zone of No Return and I didn't feel the need to slow down or stop to fix the shorts-leg. (Not pictured, the waist of the shorts ended with the back side sliding down a little bit but the front part stayed in place. A little uncomfortable afterwards but this didn't bother me the entire time I was running; in fact I didn't notice it until I stopped.)These shorts are NOT see through at all.In conclusion I took off 1 star b/c there was still a little ride-up and slicing into my leg fat BUT they were very comfortable and stayed mostly in place throughout my workout.   Absolute Perfection: Size XL Buttery Soft 8"

  I bought the 8" Buttery Soft in Black version in size XL. I followed the size chart and went with my waist measurement rather than hip (hip would have given me a smaller size). My true waist is 32" and my hips are 39". I am 5'8" and and 165#. I usually wear around a US size 8 in pants, brand dependant. The XL ended up giving me the absolute perfect fit.I bought these shorts primarily to wear with fitted blouses/tunics that have a peplum or otherwise are wide at the hip. The fabric is absolutely thick enough that it hides all lumps and bumps, covers panty lines, and is just deeply flattering. The pockets are large and fit my giant phone and a set of keys with ease. The best part is the comfort. They snug up at the waist nicely, but I am absolutely averse to anything that squeezes, and these are 100% comfortable to wear all day.I cannot say enough nice things about these shorts. I machine wash and dry, and have had no issues with stretching, shrinking, or piling. There is enough stretch that they are still comfortable on bloated days, and they don't ride up with activity, so they make great workout shorts. The fabric is thick, but they wick moisture well. I also have had zero issues with the waist rolling down or legs riding up; everything stays put beautifully. Not sure how the regular shorts are, but the "Buttery Soft" version is extremely soft and comfortable, so I am willing to pay a bit extra to not risk the cheaper versions being less soft.Overall, I am so pleased, I am back to buy more in some different colors.Ver másVer menos
