  Comfortable

  These are a nice option. The length is good. They actually stay where they are supposed to. The legs do not ride up, which is a huge plus. Good fit. The only drawback for me is that the waist is rather high. I solve that by folding it over.

  Good shorts

  I got the 8in shorts in XL in the purple color - at 5'7 200lbs, they fit me well, don't slip down on my waist or ride up on my legs. There is no rubber band within the lining at the edge of the shorts where they hit your legs (like you see on some shorts to prevent riding up), but I don't mind as they fit me well enough that they didn't ride up during my workout. I ran, lifted weights, did abs, and these shorts stayed in place. There was no having to fiddle with my shorts, which is always nice not having to constantly readjust your clothes while working out. These do pass the "butt test" and do not seem see-through. Though I do wear the no-show skin colored underwear under my exercise shorts and if I don't make sure that the line is smoothed out, you can see the line of my underwear. So I wouldn't try to wear regular underwear under these if you are worried about a line showing. Overall, I really like these shorts, I'd recommend them, and will be buying another pair in a different color. The real test will be the test of time to see if the thigh portion will rub away from "chub rub" - my fellow thick thigh ladies know what I'm talking about. Good shorts for a great price, plus they have pockets!Ver másVer menos

  Great shorts, but sizing is a bit unreliable

  I love these shorts and have bought 4 pairs. They fit really well, have great pockets, and stay in place while exercising.My only complaint is inconsistency in manufacturing. I bought a pair in charcoal grey along with these purple ones, and the grey pair fit very differently, and the fabric was different.For the price, it is worth the risk though!Ver másVer menos

  These are great running shorts and don't ride up!

  This is the second pair of these shorts I have purchased. The others were 7" long, which I had purchased to ensure they didn't ride up. I wanted something shorter, though, so went with these. I did a trail run in them recently, they did not ride up at all, which I was VERY happy with. Trail running for me has a lot of movement, jumping around, moving back and forth, and the shorts did not ride up or roll up on the legs. I got the purple color, which I really liked, it's a deep plum. The pockets are great and work well for holding your phone, keys, or pretty much whatever you need to put in there. I would definitely recommend them. They are high waisted, which for me, at this point, prevents any kind of muffin-top from occurring. Also, high-waisted style is defintely back in, so it's good no matter what your age.Ver másVer menos

  Fantastic on every count!

  These shorts are fantastic! The fabric is wonderful: it wicks away sweat yet it is dense enough to provide complete coverage. The crotch has a gusset so no "camel toe." The length prevents thigh chafing during intense workouts. I love the colors, too. The pockets are well stitched and secured, plus they are roomy enough for my cell phone with its OtterBox protection.Ver másVer menos
