🐾 Cheaper, More Chews, and Actually Worked Where Others Didn't
As a pharmacist, I see a lot of prescriptions for Apoquel for dog allergies, so when our older corgi started scratching and licking his paws a ton as a puppy, we wanted to try a supplement route first. PetLab Co's allergy chews were our first attempt and just didn't move the needle. Switched to Pet Honesty and actually saw a real drop in scratching, plus it's a better deal ($32.99 for 90 chews vs. $35.95 for 30 from PetLab Co).Now that summer's here our younger corgi started scratching more too, we've added him into the rotation. Their allergies aren't severe (no raw/irritated skin or anything like that), so we just give it as-needed when we notice more scratching than usual, and it's helped both times.Good budget-friendly option for dogs with mild-to-moderate seasonal or occasional allergy itchiness. Not a substitute for vet care if your dog's allergies are severe, but a solid first line of defense to try before going the prescription route.Ver másVer menos
