Remote does not have on or volume buttons

Turned out great
So we purchased a Roku, and at first it gave us a problem. Realizing that the problem was the remote I placed a corner piece of a magazine cover, which is a little thicker than a sheet of paper. I fold it into a little square and placed it in the battery area of the remote, then closed it whala! It works every time because it was happening before is we would have to move the batteries around and at first we thought that was the issue because we change the batteries from the ones that came in the package. I was ready to return it. I was so upset about it but then I figured it out and that was it so maybe the manufacture has to place a small piece of foam like and some other remotes and that would be the fix. So with so many movies, add free TV, everything streaming and the apps that we wanted on our old TV, this works perfect. I paid so much money for the first 70 inch smart TV that it was no longer smart it’s been about six years if not more and we love the TV we just needed it to be smarter so this little system the Roku is fabulous. I highly recommend it and again you’re probably have to put a corner fold into a square place in the back of the remote put the cap on over the batteries and you’re good , don’t have to replace the TV. Don’t have to spend the money on a new smart TV just get this little system thank you Roku! Thank you, Amazon!Ver másVer menos
