  Everything as advertised

  The short of my review is: Legion is transparent about what their product is. If it looks like it would work for you or appeal to you, it most likely will.I have used other pre-workout supplements previously and found that the most frustrating thing is trying to figure out which ones are just filler crap and which ones are legitimate. It can be difficult with the different choices, especially caffeinated or non plus with or without beta-alanine. I am not going to go towards some full non-chemical pre-workout, because that is kind of what supplements are.I appreciate Pulse, and Legion as a brand, because they are very clear about what their product goals are. I have now been using Pulse for over a year, Blueberry Lemonade for 2 weeks now, and have really enjoyed a consistent experience. No crashes, no jittery feelings, and no overly sugar flavor.The blueberry lemonade flavor is my new top choice! It does have a sour candy taste to it, but it is not especially strong. If you are sensitive to those types of sour flavors, though, you may want to avoid this flavor.I also once had an issue with one of my orders - the packaging had been damaging when I received it. I got a replacement no problem and very quickly at no cost to myself.Ver másVer menos

  Best pre-workout I’ve tried!

  I’ve tried a lot of the Pulse flavors (with and without caffeine) and I enjoy all of them. The flavors taste much better than other pre-workout supplements I’ve tried and the ingredient list is far superior. I love the improved mental focus to push me through a tough workout and I feel like I get an all-around better workout when I use Pulse. I like the slight tingling sensation without any jitters (which I’ve gotten with other brands). Best pre-workout I’ve tried!!Ver másVer menos

  The Perfect Pre!

  Pulse is hands down the best pre workout. I have used it on and off for years and have been using it consistently as a part of my regime for the past 4 months. Pulse gives great incredible focus, positive mood, great pumps, helps me push harder on the weight. You will feel it on the exercise when you push it and its fantastic! Everything this product promises it delivers. No jitters, no crash and I have not experienced any tolerance or building tolerance issues. One thing I would consider if you’re new to this product is your weight and your caffeine tolerance and follow the product instructions. I weigh 112 pounds so I really have stayed within the beginning 1 scoop to 1 ½ range (I will up it a bit on harder days like legs), I personally have never needed the full clinical dose, but again I am 112 lbs. Listen to your body it will tell you and you don’t need to use any more than necessary. There is no need to cycle anymore than you would cycle your morning coffee, it’s not all jacked up with artificial crap. The only thing you may notice is a slight tingly feeling which is totally natural and not harmful at all. Flavors I have tried are green apple, fruit punch, blueberry lemonade and cherry limeade. You can’t go wrong with any of those, they are all great. I like things on the tart side, but I don’t find the fruit punch overly sweet, it’s quite good.   Tastes really good! I got the blueberry lemonade.A full serving size is 2 scoops, which I think is too much. So I usually only do 1.

  Reliable Pre-Workout

  I'm not a fan of pre-workout supplements because of how I've felt after I've used a few of them in the past but I've used Pulse and it doesn't disappoint. I wake up at 3:30am and take Pulse before I leave for the gym at 4am. By the time I get to the gym, which is a short drive, I've already start to feel Pulse working. I workout 5 days a week and I usually only need one scoop mixed with about 6oz of water for the majority of the days. On days where I'll need an extra boost of energy such as leg day or a heavy chest and back day, I'll use two scoops in 6oz of water. What I love most about this product is that it doesn't give you those "pre-workout jitters" like other products. Instead, it's more of a smooth, gradual rush of energy that's sustainable throughout my workout sessions and surprisingly, throughout the first part of my day. During my workouts, my energy levels and focus is heightened. I've also noticed that usually after my first hour, I feel Pulse start working again, which kind of feels like a second wave or rush of energy, which helps me maintain my intensity for the rest of my workout. With Pulse, you don't feel the "crash" you might feel from other products because it leaves your system gradually. This flavor was particularly good so I look forward trying their other flavors.Ver másVer menos

  Energy and Endurance

  The most important feature of any pre-workout is - does it actually work? Well, taking Pulse I finally managed to deadlift 500lbs! OK, some of that may be my training but Pulse definitely delivers. I work out in the evening and Pulse definitely re-energizes me at the end of the day to help me power through the heavy lifts. And it does so without the caffeine jitters I've experienced with other products. And the Alpha-GPC helps me stay focused for longer workouts like leg day. This was my first time trying the Blueberry Lemonade flavor and it's good. For folks who like the tart flavors, you'll probably find this flavor to be amazing. One scoop for light days and two scoops for heavy days does the trick. And I like that Pulse has no artificial sweeteners - easier on the gut biome.
