  Favorite PWO

  My FAVORITE pre-workout by far (and I’ve tried manyyyy over the years) for a number of reasons. Main one is that it definitely helps me get in a great workout (energy, focus, reduced fatigue) without having jitters or a crash after.I also love the ingredients and you can tell they don’t artificially color their products. Many other main stream pre-WO products are BRIGHT red/blue/etc. colors & it just looks fake - but not Legion! You can see in the video an example of the very subtle, more natural color.And then of course, taste/flavor/texture - I am a fan of all the Pulse flavors I’ve tried & appreciate how well it mixes into water (completely dissolves with my handheld frother - also shown in the video so you can see; but shaking in a blender bottle works too) & there is no chalky texture or weird after taste.Ver másVer menos

  My favorite pre workout

  Legion Pulse is my favorite pre workout. The combo of great flavor options and the way it builds smoothly without a big crash at the end are pros. It doesn’t give me jitters or other weird side effects either. Worth the money, plus it goes on sale from time to time!Ver másVer menos

  One of the Better Pre Workouts

  First things first, I cycle pre workouts. One month, it will be okay if my pre workout has a little creatine. A different month, I want a pre workout with no creatine in it and this is where Pulse comes in at. This is a very good pre workout, however I was hoping I could use one scoop instead of the serving size of two scoops.Quite a few people are fine with one scoop, but upon experimenting with the two options I have to go with two scoops. This has nothing to do with tolerance, rather how the workout progresses. I feel a noticeable deep fiber muscle strain when using one scoop (not the, no pain no gain motif but like a strain that is normally never there). The funny thing is that one scoop does seem to provide more than ample energy for the workout. However, when I use two scoops, no strain at all and it actually does feel like a better pre workout than others I have used. This is the reason I could not give this 5 stars. It's that strain thing with one scoop. Being that I average 19-20 workouts a month, this basically means one bottle equals one month and I am perfectly okay with that.There is no crash at all with this supplement, just smooth energy.   Good Flavor and Effective

  The sour candy flavor has a nice, subtle taste and does not have the artificial, overpowering flavor as other brands I have tried. The serving size is two scoops but I have found that 1 scoop is usually effective for me. Sometimes I'll use 1.5 scoops, but don't think I have ever used 2 scoops. I feel energetic but not jittery, and do not experience a crash as the caffeine wears off. The ingredients are amounts of each are good, I'm happy with the results, and it seems appropriately priced.Ver másVer menos

  Flavors are Okay but Feeling is Fantastic

  Originally, I ordered the Sour Gummy flavor. Tasted pretty bad and honestly just couldn't justify the advantage of better ingredient quality.I requested a refund and was very easily granted one in about 3 IM messages on their website. I then answered some of the employees questions about what went wrong and they actually sent me another flavor to try for free!I received the Fruit Punch flavor about 2 weeks ago and have loved it. Not only am I more confident in the quality of what I am putting in my body, but the feeling is great. I am 6'1", ~215, with bench press SRM ~260. One scoop does the job for me, enough to feel a tingle around 20 minutes in and keep me going for well over an hour.I have been very happy with the product since getting a new flavor, all thanks to great customer service!Ver másVer menos
