Great tablet, but not all sellers are great.
LOVE my new tablet. Plenty of memory, boots up quickly, great visual quality. *However,* this was my second time attempting to purchase this tablet. My first attempt two weeks earlier resulted in a tablet that arrived with food smudged on it and stuck in something called "Retail Mode," with no other items like a charger or instructions included. Attempts to contact the seller and fix the problem were frustrating and fruitless. Fortunately, Amazon has a good return policy. This was my first refurb purchase, and I was already feeling burned. But I gave it one more try because I had read great things about this model of tablet. The next vendor I used (Cellmigo) not only shipped it quickly, but it arrived well-packaged, came WITH a charger AND instruction booklet, and the screen had protective cellophane over it. Night and day between vendors. And Cellmigo even included contact information with an assurance of customer satisfaction. But I don't think I'll need to contact them because it's working beautifully. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Meantime, I hope "Fastco" out of Aurora CO can find a way to improve their products, presentation, and pride in customer service.
