Great Customer Service
I had to correspond with the seller regarding my tablet not coming with a cover as advertised. They were very quick to respond each time we spoke. I sent them a screen shot of what I purchased and they gave me a credit so I could purchase my own cover.I love my tablet! Great quality, I use it daily and the battery life is great! Turns on quickly and downloaded my apps quickly. Thin and lite, love the touch screen, so much easier to use and it even works great with the glass protector I bought with it. BUY IT!!!
We ended up getting a great deal elsewhere. The Pen is included. This model Samsung tablet is honestly WAY better than our 2021 Ipad. My husband wanted this for work, and to draw, and to use for reading books on the Kindle app; and he is very impressed with it still after 2 months. Great graphics, processor, and battery life and very user friendly whether it's your first or 5th tablet. We ended up going with the Spiegan brand cover for it (Amazon), great setup!Ver másVer menos

This update to my old tablet was excellent. Sound quality was quite good.
I use this tablet for day to day personal use. I like the larger screen and it has better resolution than expected. At first I missed the button to take me back to apps screen. I think it is a quality update to my old tablet. I have enjoyed using it. Sound quality is very good in comparison to old tablet. It is also quicker moving from place to place. As you can tell I am not a techy person. You'll have to get that from someone else.Ver másVer menos

Excellent tablet
Tablet arrived in a few days in excellent packaging with no damage. It had 60% charge so I plugged it in and braught it to full charge. After startup I signed in to my WI FI account and connected to smart switch along with my S5e. Transfer of all my apps and settings was quick and seamless. When finished I also had Google backup complete any further transfers from that backup acc't. Everything transfered beautifully as I wanted. I then got a notice to allow the software update to Android 11 which also went smooth. Tablet works great and very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend this item and seller.Ver másVer menos
