Easy to swallow and no after taste!
This is my favorite fish oil tablet. It has a lemon flavor, and the after taste reminds of me fruit loops lol. I love it doesn't give you "fish burps". I take an omega supplement on the recommendation of my doctor. I do notice that if I skip taking for a while, my skin is not great. I like them for overall heart health too. I like they are third party tested, that is very important to look at. The pills are easy to swallow.Ver másVer menos

Third Bottle and Still Very Happy With It
This is my third bottle of Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, although this is my first time ordering it from Amazon.What I loved: The softgels are definitely large, but I find them surprisingly easy to swallow. I also really appreciate that I don’t get any fishy aftertaste, reflux, or that unpleasant “fish oil” taste later in the day.I was also very happy with how this order arrived. The bottle was well packed and properly sealed, which gave me peace of mind about the condition of the product.What I didn’t love: The capsules are big, so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills, that may be something to consider. Other than that, I really don’t have a complaint.What I noticed: I can’t honestly say that I feel a dramatic physical difference when I take these. For me, omega-3 is more of a long-term wellness supplement than something I expect to noticeably “feel” every day. I continue taking it because I want the nutritional benefits, and I’ve been very happy with how well I tolerate this brand.My recommendation: I would definitely order it again. Good Quality Omega-3
The soft gels are easy to take, and I like the light lemon flavor because there’s less of a fishy aftertaste. The ingredients and overall quality seem great. The only downside is that the capsules are a little large and the price is on the higher side.
