I have had good results with this brand. I also get my L Theanine as well, very important for regulation of cortisol and reduced stress.The omegas are what every Dr wants you to take lol . No weird tastes orr anything, no icky burps.Will buy again for sure

Does not taste fishy
Notice a difference in my skin health and joint pain. Easiest to swallow. Easy on the stomach.
