Great product, great company.
I purchased one of these mounts just about a year ago to hold my kindle. I am HARD on this thing, as I read before bed every night. It comes with me any time we travel, or if I switch to the spare bed for a few nights because my toddler needs me, or whatever. And then, each time I use it I bend it down to position it and then bend it back up and away when I’m done.All this to say, this thing has taken a BEATING. Just the other day, right at the base joint it started to give out a little bit, causing it to kind of sag from where I try to put it. OBVIOUSLY way out of the return window, but it has a sticker on it that says they have a 1yr warranty and to just email them if you need help.I wrote them, they responded within 24hrs and are sending a replacement. Express shipping! They did not bribe or beg or manipulate this review either like some other companies will do. I just genuinely feel people should know when you have good people out there selling stuff.TLDR: this product takes a beating and works amazingly well, and if you abuse it too much the company stands behind their product and will replace it.Ver másVer menos
