  Great For Travel

  I purchased this for travel where compactness and lightweight are a priority; it wins on both fronts. It is not a heavy-duty piece, but it's made sturdy enough for a "just-in-case" umbrella. A good value.

  Not just for rain — a total game changer in the heat!

  I just got back from a trip to Asia where it was incredibly hot and humid. I noticed a ton of locals walking around with umbrellas that had a black underside, and I had no idea why until I looked it up — the black lining blocks UV rays and actually keeps you noticeably cooler. I was kicking myself for only having a thin regular umbrella the whole trip!Not anymore. I came home and found this one, and now I'm fully prepared for my next trip. It comes in so many colors, looks great, and does double duty — blocks the sun AND handles rain.What really won me over beyond the UV protection is the size. It's so compact it fits easily in my purse, and you can even hook it onto the outside of a smaller bag. And the case it comes with? Actual a nice zippered hard case, not one of those flimsy slip covers that falls apart.   Good for Travel, Not for Strong Winds

  This compact travel umbrella is cheap, lightweight, and convenient for travel. It works fine for light rain, but it will likely break in strong winds. Good as a backup or short-term option, Umbrella can be hard to lock into place when opening.

  Small, lightweight, but won’t stay open

  I was excited for these umbrellas but sadly will be returning. I had planned to use them for a vacation to Universal Studios. I didn’t test them out before leaving and unfortunately found out on the trip that the mechanism to keep the umbrella open didn’t work. The size is small and compact very lightweight.. I purchased two of these and had to unfortunately return both of them because neither one of them worked to stay open.Ver másVer menos

  Sleeve too tight, umbrella great

  Loved the umbrella, but I couldn’t get the sleeve back on after I closed it. The fit was too tight. I returned it. If I hadn’t cared about the sleeve, I would have absolutely kept it.
