A Good Looking and Great Valued Clock for a Bedroom!
Overall, I like this clock. Looks good in the bedroom, love the size and does what is needed for around $21.00. You can't go wrong. Large dimmable numbers. Sound is ok, but don't expect much from a small speaker that is mounted in a small plastic housing located on the backside of the clock. It has a battery backup that is a must. Only offers FM, no AM radio stations. Who cares if you just need an alarm clock. I like the indoor temperature gauge. It seems accurate. I did have some difficulty setting this clock up because some buttons have dual functions. Plus, you need to go in sequence for different functions. I did eventually figure it out. That would be the downside as the setup was tad time-consuming. Not horrible, perhaps 15 minutes. It does have a USB-A port, with a limit of 2.1 amps. Not sure what limitation means for my Apple phone. As I have not tried to use that charger yet. The instructions noted that they offer after sales service by providing an email address. It also states manufacturer's warranty, 90-days money back guarantee and 366 days free replacement. Overall, I'm pleased. If you need a new good looking, small radio alarm clock for the bedroom and want to save a few bucks, this is the one.Ver másVer menos

Nice little clock
Like my little clock it works good and I listen to music to fall asleep and it is clear and crisp. This is the 2nd time I brought this clock it is a little gem. I like the dimmer on the clock it comes in handy if you don't want it too bright when you are trying to sleep.Ver másVer menos

Needs ability to create and store 2 alarms
This little clock radio is darn close to perfect. Radio is very sensitive and has excellent sound quality. Display is big and clear with adjustable brightness. The small size does not crowd a nightstand. It's got battery backup. If it had the ability to create/store a second wake-up time, i'd probably give it another star. But, the long snooze button on the top should stick up a bit from the top to make it easy to reach over with your hand and smack it, rather than having to feel around for the switch.Ver másVer menos

Just what I wanted - works great!
Surprisingly good radio reception with this very small clock. The adjustable dim effect is great. Easy to operate. The numbers are nice and large for easy readability at night.

Small footprint; can MANUALLY tune for frequencies. Good product for the price.
This little clock/radio is just what I was looking for. It has a very small foot print that doesn't take up much space on the bedside stand. I also wanted one with a CD player, but those are hard to find that are any good, unless you are willing to spend a LOT of $$, so forgot that idea.. It is pretty easy to set up, but you should pay close attention to the simple instructions that come with it. It is FM only for the radio. I wanted AM too, but AM stations are going away, for the most part, so forgot that "want," like I forgot the "want" for a CD player. Most important to me for tuning, is that you can MANUALLY input a specific frequency, which is not possible with most radios that are "auto-scan" while they search for stations. This is important to me, because I listen to an FM station that is farther away, and the auto-scan feature on radios usually does not find weaker signals. It does have about a 2' long wire antenna that hangs out the back of it The speaker is ok, but nothing to rave about. Since I use this only to listen to when I'm in bed and I wake up during the night, that is fine, because I only have the volume turned up a tiny bit and will fall back to asleep with it on. I don't think there is a sleep timer on the radio. I don't use the alarm clock part, so have no comment on that. I am retired and if I need to get up at a specific time I use a separate little alarm clock. I like the brightness setting knob on the back - it's like a rheostat and can adjust from totally dark to pretty bright and anything in-between. I think that most people would like this little clock radio, and it is very fairly priced - a good value for the money.Ver másVer menos

Orange color rocks! Price is great for the features you get!
If you looked around like I did, you found a hundred different clock-radios to choose from. Which one? Well, I hope I can help you a little bit, by pointing out the pros and cons. Keep in mind that I didn't want to pay more than $25. So, here's the review.PROS ...1. This is a big one - the display has a continuous dimmer!!! It's terrific to be able to dial down the brightness to nothing. If you share a bedroom, you can set this up to be just barely visible to you, and nobody else. On the other hand, you can make it as bright as you want. I absolutely love this feature!2. The orange display is definitely the one to get. I personally like blue a bit better, but with all the noise about "blue light" keeping you awake, why mess around when you can get orange? And I'm happy to say, the orange looks absolutely great. Sharp/clear and easy to see. I now wish more appliances had an "orange" option. You can even make the clock display military [24:00] time.3. Radio is easy to use and tune. FM only, which is fine, so you don't have any static. I don't miss AM one bit. Although if you're more than 50 miles from a city, this might not work for you. It still has an alarm buzzer, if there is no FM station nearby.4. Alarm is easy to set, and volume gradually increases over a few seconds to whatever level you set.5. Volume is set in 16 digital steps. Step 00 is no sound, step 15 is the loudest. Note that the volume for the alarm buzzer, the alarm radio, and the FM radio for listening are all SEPARATELY SET. Each one can have a different volume! As an aside, I bought this to replace a clock-radio with a volume knob that went bad. It would never work at exactly the volume I wanted (I guess it got dirty over time, so it was either too soft or too loud, and always scratchy when changing it). You will never have that problem with this radio, since the volume is set digitally, in steps.6. The OFF button for the alarm/radio is - any button you like, as long as you don't press SNOOZE! But even if you hit the big SNOOZE button by mistake, you only have to press any other button to stop the snooze function and turn off the alarm. Genius!!!CONS ...Small point - it has three AAA batteries to maintain functions even when the power goes off. BUT they never tell you how long the batteries will last.All in all, it's small, it's certainly loud enough, and the display very clear. It's easy to use. Although you should still read the manual - I didn't do that at first, and missed a couple of great features! It has battery backup, an accurate temperature display (one reviewer said theirs read four degrees hot, but I find that mine is exactly right, and changes if I put my hand near it for any length of time - it's sensitive!). Finally, a USB charging port. The price is great for what you get. I'll keep mine and highly recommend that you buy one too!
