I’d definitely give this creatine five stars. I’ve been taking one scoop every day, and after about three weeks of consistently working out, I started noticing a difference in my workouts and overall performance. I’ve been using Cellucor COR-Performance Creatine Monohydrate for a few weeks, and overall I’m very happy with it. The powder mixes well with water, has no noticeable taste, and is easy to include in my daily routine. I started noticing improvements in my strength and workout performance after consistent use. The 72-serving container also offers good value for the price. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little extra stirring to fully dissolve, and a small amount sometimes settles at the bottom of the shaker. This Creatine is excellent, it has no after taste, it mixes well, it doesn't cause any bloathing and it provides energy throughout my workouts.I mix it with 3 parts water and 1 part Gatorade Fit to give it some flavor and some vitamins.Do not add sodium to it or you might get bloated. I was adding it to a mix of water lemon and salt before and it was not a good idea.I do 3 classes of Less Mills Body Pump per week and having this on my drink by the side provides me energy, stamina and has helped me shed fat and my muscles have become more defined in record time.Definitely recommend it.Ver másVer menos
