Ahhhhhh!
When you are a certain age you really get to know what displeasure is. Spoiler Alert! We women make less and less personal lubricant as we age making sex no fun. I hit that age! I tried K-Y, and it is sticky and just doesn't make me feel like I used to. I tried Astroglide, and it is a slimy mess! I felt like I needed an underpad just to have sex! I kept looking until I found the answer!The answer is really 2 fold, so buckle-up!First: Replens makes a product that allows the vagina to re-moisturize to its natural young state. This is not for having sex. This is for feeling like you are not dying on the inside every minute of every day. It does what Osphena claims to do, but didn't for me. Get the one with the re-usable applicator because the one that is pre-loaded hurts to use it (my experience). So, step one, use the re-moisturizer every 2-3 days. You will be rewarded right from the start when I swear your vagina says, "Ahhhhh!". It is wonderful!!Second: This product, Replens Silky Smooth Lubricant, is not slimy or sticky. It is as the name says silky smooth! It won't feel like you are having sex with a piece of rebar wrapped in fine sandpaper, and you won't need to protect your mattress from it with an underpad. You get to have that great sex you had when you were young again!I know it is taboo to talk about sex, dryness, and aging into the need to get help, but it shouldn't be! I am 52. I had a hysterectomy in 1999. I am on HRT, but this has been like a silent scream even since. I finally got relief when I found Replens this year (2016). It is wonderful to feel like I can snuggle up to my husband without worrying I am about to start something that will be unpleasant for me. Game changer
Ladies, this is one of the best lubricants I have found for my menopausal body. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, only required one application and honestly I felt it the next day, he enjoyed it also so that’s a plus in my book. It kept the area moist without over doing it. Feels more like an oil and wasn’t sticky. I will be returning for more bottles and I highly recommend.Ver másVer menos

Better than I expected
This lubricant is better than I expected and a little bit goes a long way. I have used this for a few months and been pleased with the performance. Just beware that it is harder to wash off than other types of lubricants.

REPLENS has returned a great balance to the tissues of my sensitive areas!!
To be perfectly frank this, REPLENS, was recommended by my OB/GYN. - - And I’m So entirely happy that I went to him for advice -REPLENS has helped prevent the frequency of yeast infections that I visited my Oby-Gyn Dr. about - - using it regularly has been a great improvement to the quality of my life — in that small but important area!!AND !I had gone to see my new Oby/Gyn, because the wonderful intimate expressive Love life I’ve always had with my husband - Poof ! Dryness and Pain No More!
My wife is post-menopausal and is on medication for vaginal dryness, sex was at best uncomfortable at worst she described as feeling as if knives were slicing through her. This condition was seriously impacting intimate moment and causing her to want sex less and less. We had tried various brands and types, water & silicon based, though some did decrease the pain nothing seemed too entirely solve the issue. I did a bit more research and found Replens, I knew that they made a moisturizer for feminine dryness I did not know that they marketed a lubricant especially formulated for women. I came across a gyno site for women by women and it mentioned a lot of positivity about Replens lube. I figured that I had tried everything else why not. A quick search on Amazon and 2 days later, convinced my wife to try again. All I can say is WOW! My wife for the first time in over a year had no pain, she actually enjoyed herself. The second use had her convinced that she wanted more. I cannot at this moment think of any negatives except maybe watch out when you start to pour it out, it is very thin viscosity wise, and you only need a little, I would suggest applying a few drops at a time on each other until things feel slick enough to engage.
