  I bought this stand for family photos and small event setups, and it has worked well so far. Assembly is straightforward and does not require any tools.   Quick and easy setup. The fit was perfect for the backdrop I purchased. The stand comes with bags that can be weighted by filling with sand which is an added plus to add more stability. The stand is sturdy by itself when located inside, but I would recommend using sandbags if located outside. The height is easily adjustable using the clamps on the side.
