I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for digestive enzyme support, especially those who experience occasional bloating, indigestion, or difficulty digesting heavier meals.UPDATE>>>>>>>> 3rd or 4th bottle in (I alternate between the gold and the complete) I thought the empty capsule in the bottle was just a one time manufacturing issue. I could see the powder in the bottom of the bottle. Then bottle #2 & bottle #3 this continued and this last bottle it was more than just one capsule. Taking these with every meal and more if needed is expensive enough and so yes every capsule counts. Not sure I will be getting again.Ver másVer menos
