Great product at a great price!
I'm very pleased with this product- I got it as a sleep aid and it works great in that capacity, but it's slow acting so I take it a couple hours before going to bed. What's cool- and a bonus- is that I wake up without any drowsy feeling, and a little extra energy that lasts thru the day.The capsules do have an unusual taste, but I just wash it down with water quickly.Also, the bottle says take 2 capsules but just one works great for me, and yeah, if you build up a sweat after taking these, there's definitely a light maple-syrup aroma, but that's no biggie to me. Maple syrup
Huge difference in mood and smell love this energy good no issues been using for almost a yr maple flavor scent u barely have to wear deodorant perfect to add to supplements

Clears a bad cough quickly
My husband had a horrible cough nothing the doctor prescribed would clear up. After Fenugreek was recommended I bought this brand, he started taking it as directed as soon as it arrived. Within 3 days his cough was so much better and completely gone after 7 days of Fenugreek. I am totally sold on it and will keep some on hand from now on.Ver másVer menos

Trying Fenugreek again
This is my second go at trying these fenugreek supplements. I didn't notice any major changes the first time, but I was only taking about 1-2 a day and I wasn't very consistent, so I just wanted to see if taking more would make a difference.Now I'm taking 2 - 4 a day at least. The first thing I noticed was that I started smelling maple syrupy right away this time, whereas the first time the maple smell was more subtle. The second thing is that the supplements seem to have an appetite suppressing quality to them. This was the case the first time I tried them, but it stopped working after awhile if using them. I'm hoping it'll last longer this time. So far the only downside is that it can be a little difficult to swallow if you're used to smaller pills. I will update as I get closer to finishing the bottle!Ver másVer menos

Very good if you are looking to gain weight
Been taking these for a month now it helps with my weight gain it leaves no after taste my only issue is it makes me very gassy.
