They Stop the Gurgles
After having my gallbladder out, I developed a sensitivity to dairy. My stomach would gurgle constantly after having it. Luckily I didn't have worse symptoms than that. And there was no way I was giving up ice cream. Instead of spending primo money on the name brand, I got this brand instead. It works great!Ver másVer menos

Powdery pills
Work fine. Tablets turn into powder very easily if bumping around in a pill case (eg in your purse). And any moisture will cause them to completely disintegrate.

So grateful - got my life back
I've been dealing with debilitating stomach issues occasionally after I eat for about a year, and even after multiple visits with my doctor and even seeing a specialist for scans and an endoscopy, I only JUST figured out on my own that my severe stomach pain and bloating is caused by lactose intolerance. I don't know WHY it never occurred to me before, and it never came up with my doctor or specialist either, but once I put all of the pieces together, I had that "AH-HA!" moment. I researched lactase enzymes and decided to give this one a try first based on price and reviews.HA-LLE-LU-JAH!!!!! I am PAIN FREE!!!!I will say though, that I had to find the right dose for me. 1 wasn't enough, 2 still wasn't enough, 3 is alright for a small amount/few bites, and I'll take 5 if I'm eating a serving of cottage cheese or a cheeseburger. I've never been a milk drinker, so I can't attest to that, but the cream in my coffee no longer has me doubling over in pain! I keep this bottle at home in the kitchen, and I put a bunch in a smaller container to keep in my purse.Pro tip: these are effective for about 20 minutes for me, (everyone's duration will be different based on the speed of your own digestion), so be sure to take more if you're eating again after 20-30 minutes. My gut isn't friends with milk yet but they sort of just tolerate each other thanks to this product
It works. You get a lot for a good price. Sometimes I need to take 2 or 3 at a time but I don't eat dairy that often so it's all peachy.

They work very well. I don't have to worry about problems when I take theses before a meal that has diary products.

Better off elsewhere
Bunk. Two pills does little to help aid digestion. I have better results with lactose free milk.I am skeptical about the purity of this lactase pill. It’s the worst brand I’ve ever tried. I doubt it has as much lactose as they claim. It would be worth a 3rd party testing to actually determine the amount and quality.Ver másVer menos

Works with Word Of Caution!
A word of caution first there is no established amount of lactase enzyme for a given "food" containing Lactose a double sugar molecule Galactose + Glucose that needs to be broken down for absorption by the body. The only way to know exact amount of the enzyme is in lab for given food containing lactose. Lactose free milk adds the same enzyme lactase in this product to break lactose down, hence it is lactose free. The amount is commercially establish in a lab. So when using this product one has to experiment as to how many pills are needed with what lactose containing food you eat at a given time - best taken just before eating a lactose containing food. Also some people may have stopped producing lactase totally or aren't producing enough hence the degree will vary. I have been using 2 tablets for with Ice cream, chocolate, cookies and cream cheese which were major problems for me. The enzyme in this product lactase has certainly helped me, and is cost effective letting me indulge in few milk containing foods especially "creamy" type salad dressing and cheese on occasion. Now I use milk products without worry
I had severe problem using milk products like indigestion, gases, brething issues, stomach swelling, uneasiness etc. I was not drinking tea which is my favorite but now I do not have any problems after using naturals lactose enzymes. It is much more effective then other products and do not have any side effects.Ver másVer menos
