Simple yet impactful look

I was immediately drawn to this watch because of its simple yet classic vintage look. I wear it to work and get compliments on it all the time, which honestly surprised me because it’s such a simple design. It has that nostalgic feel that reminds me of the watches I remember growing up with, and I love that it simply tells the time without being loaded with a bunch of unnecessary technology. The watch itself does feel a little flimsy, and putting it on and taking it off can be a bit annoying because the band almost feels like a kids’ watch at first. It definitely takes a little patience to get used to the clasp, but once it’s on, I think the look makes up for that inconvenience. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear, easy to read and set up, and has all the basic functions I actually need, including the time, date, day, alarm, stopwatch, and light. I also appreciate not having another smart device constantly connected to me or bringing additional electronic features into something as simple as telling time. If you’re looking for a nostalgic, affordable watch with a timeless look and no unnecessary bells and whistles, I definitely recommend this one.Ver más

Excellent Investment For The Price - But These Are The Two Main Issues.

I REALLY like and enjoy this watch. You can tell that thought was put into this and it is well made. It's very simple to use and configure, and it's quite useful. If you're looking to reduce phone use but still need to know things like date, time, alarms, and want to use timers: this watch is for you. It has a useful feature that allows you to choose if you want the watch to beep and alert you at every hour which is excellent for time awareness and mental time tracking. It's simple, it looks good, and it even makes me feel a little more dignified. Also, it's easy to adjust the strap by simply prying and moving the clamp. It's so well designed that it even jumps you back to the main screen when you're ready to leave the screen you're on - this prevents you from having to cycle through every single screen every single time and allows you to simply check a screen (alarm, timer, etc) and jump back to the home screen which makes things QUICK. The only issues are 1: though you can set the month in the watch, it doesn't show you the month unless you go back to editing mode (which isn't too hard). And 2: it can pull at the hair on your arm which can pinch but this is probably not uncommon for watches with bands like this. Excellent investment for the price.Ver más

Nice watch

Love this watch, it tells me the time and date. It has a stopwatch for workouts. It’s water resistant. The thing will pinch your arm hair, you grow a resistance to that over time your wrist will be numb and you won’t feel it anymore. The battery will not die for about 10 years I think. That’s better than recharging every night if you ask me. This watch is classy, it turns heads and gets compliments. And for the price, that’s pretty impressive. My grandma asked me if that was my grandpa’s watch lol. No but it’s just like it huh. Everyone loves it, when they see me wearing it they often get tears of joy and say “what a magnificent watch, please let me touch it” to which I politely decline.Ver más

Simple, Reliable, Classic

Oh, Casio. You’ve had my heart for over 20 years with that old school style. I’ve basically become a collector at this point, since I can get 10 watches for less than the price of one smart watch.Sure, it won’t tell me my heart rate, how many breaths I took driving to work, or the temperature outside. What it does do is tell the time every time, along with the date and alarms, and it does it reliably for years on one battery. I’m cool with that.The clasp has held up through some rough situations, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments and even some nostalgic questions asking which model it is.
