I take 2 grams first thing in the morning as part of my supplement stack as a preventative to ward off E-Coli UTI infections and up my intake and frequency if I run out and get a UTI. I've knocked out UTI's in 2 weeks by taking 1.5 to 2 grams every 3 hours.

Just started with these so I will have to wait to see if they work. These are very big pills and some may find it hard to swallow. Top is hard to snap open.
