Very Good Supplement
I swear by this supplement to prevent mouth sores. Great efficacy. Small capsules compared to many, so it’s easy to take 2or3 every morning. No taste and odorless. Good price because I take so much.

Works for What Ails Me.
L-lysine is my go to prevention and healing for fibromyalgia. I learned the uses for this wonderful amino acid from Sheldon on the Big Bang theory. He said this was his favorite amino acid. I listened and found that Sheldon was correct.

Effective immune and oral health support with pure ingredients
I’ve been using this supplement for several months now, and it’s become an integral part of my wellness routine. Each capsule contains 500 mg of L-Lysine HCl, an essential amino acid that our bodies can’t produce on their own. L-Lysine plays a vital role in supporting our body’s natural defenses and maintaining healthy gums and lips. Here are some key benefits of using this supplement:- **Immune Support:** L-Lysine provides nutritional support for our immune system, which is especially helpful during times of stress or seasonal challenges.- **Oral Health:** Regular intake has been linked to maintaining healthy gums and lips, potentially reducing the occurrence of cold sores.- **Pure and Hypoallergenic:** As expected from the brand’s reputation, these capsules are made with high-quality, vegan ingredients and are free from common allergens like gluten, soy, and dairy. To use this supplement, take one capsule twice a day, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. I find the capsules easy to swallow and don’t cause any stomach discomfort when taken as advised. However, it’s important to note that while this product is excellent, it’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant or lactating. In conclusion, this supplement offers a reliable and clean source of L-Lysine, supporting both immune and oral health. Its hypoallergenic formulation makes it suitable for individuals with dietary sensitivities.I also appreciate the large size of the capsules, which are free from any unpleasant odors.#PureEncapsulations #LLysine #ImmuneSupport #OralHealth #HypoallergenicSupplement #VeganFriendly #GlutenFree #DietarySupplement #WellnessRoutineVer másVer menos

Great product if you have Epstein-Barr virus
This is great for Epstein-Barr virus. Everyone has it and it's storm in but sometimes it comes out when you have a low immune system and an auto immune disease so it's really important to keep it in. Check all the top doctors tell you to use this for EBV.

Love this brand!
This amino acid does what it’s supposed to, support immune health! I’ve only ventured to try one other brand, cheaper in price but at the same strength (500 mg/ea) and was sadly disappointed. I will never do that again. A couple of days at 1000-2000 mg and the viral symptoms are under control and on their way out the back door!Ver másVer menos
