The Beck Arnley Ignition Lock Cylinder
I was able to save a lot of money with the Amazon purchase of the ignition lock cylinder and having viewed a YouTube tutorial, was able to install it fairly easily. It works great!

Perfect for 2001 toyota corolla CE
Fit my 2001 toyota corolla ce perfectly. It took about 5 minutes to install!!

Despite the specs of what corolla this will fit. It actually works on the CE, CS, and LE. The cars are no different with parts most of the time, if you even check autozone or anyone else, there will not be a model selection. So well worth the money as it is 70 dollars cheaper than most part stores.Ver másVer menos

2001 Corolla LE
Product works very well and fits pretty well. As a previous reviewer mentioned, after installing there is a noticeable gap between the cylinder and plastic casing (reason for 4 stars). That being said, I no longer have a problem turning the key to start my car and I highly recommend if you are not OCD. Very good value.Ver másVer menos

Great product
I have a Toyota corolla 2002 that have ignition issues. I was told by a locksmith that it will cost $170 dollars to have it fix. A friend of mine have mentioned that all I need is to replace the cylinder and not the whole ignition assembly. It was noted that it does fit my vehicle but I still gave it a shot. To my amazement!, it worked like a charm. There is a little gap around the ignition cover but it does not bother me as long the ignition works smooth and no worries breaking the keys.Ver másVer menos

Called AAA and they wanted $165 to fix my ignition issue on my 2002 Corolla. Did my researched on Youtube on how to fix it. Found this product on Amazon for only $33 compared to $90 a local auto shop. Got the product today during lunch break and it took about five minutes to install. Fit perfectly.Ver másVer menos

Worked great
Replaced ignition in my 2000 Corolla. Not too hard intall and nice to have a ignition now that doesn't jam.

Takes 2 minutes to replace
Look up how to swap out an ignition on YT. For the 2001 Toyota Corolla it literally takes 2 minutes and only requires a phillips screwdriver. Keep in mind now that your ignition key will no longer fit your doors or your trunk. Not a big deal but you need to know that ahead of time. It looks almost identical to the original but the diameter is a little bit smaller in the front so it doesn't quite up against the plastic like I would like. Not really a big deal on a beat up old car. The reason I'm changing it is because my ignition started getting really really hot. I don't mean warm I mean HOT. I'm not exactly sure why but I couldn't find any wires or anything that seemed out of place so I figured I would just change this out and see what happened. So far so good.Ver másVer menos

fits the CE and cheaper too
so this took ten minutes - 6 to find the two screws hidden behind the steering wheelthis fit my 2002 CE
