Stores great, perfectly mixed, awesome cones with very small (good) tip. GREAT BUY!

I purchased these cones LAST year and I keep them in my refrigerator. As long as they stay refrigerated, I believe the henna won't go bad and will last a long time. There's a large number of cones in this package, and I knew I wouldn't use them all right away, so that's why I put them in the fridge. Well, more than a year later, and I'm still using them with no issues. The tip is a very small, sharp tip that is plugged with a plastic needle. Once you're finished with the cone and if there's still henna paste in it, put that plastic needle back in and it will seal it right back up.I am by no means a professional....I just doodle and copy other patterns. The tip on these cones is small enough that you can get some really great details. There weren't any instructions as to cleaning the skin prior to application, and then spraying with sugar water, etc. But you can certainly look this up online. The paste needs to stay on for at least 12 hours, and when you first take it off, it's a light amber brown. But within a day or so, the color starts darkening, and you end up with a beautiful light chocolate brown. It's very pleasing to the eye and very typical henna.Overall, I would recommend this kit to anyone who wants to try henna - either professional or just a dabbler like myself. The henna lasts a LONG time, the tip is fine-pointed, and it's premixed and easy to use. I absolutely love this kit and will be buying another if/when I need to.Ver más

Great color

I got these for my daughter- she loves them and the color when they develop is great. The small cone size makes them easier to handle and helps to keep them fresh.

Read this first before purchasing 👍🏼

This henna is actually really good, surprisingly good for the price. I bought the larger pack of 12 and it's lasted me quite a long time so far even though I use it frequently. The cones are a good size and the application is pretty easy. The tips have slightly larger hole than I'm used to but it's still able to make clean thin lines. There's a slight problem though, which is why I marked it as four stars is just because the color isn't super defined, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. And I think I need to mix up the henna inside of the packages more after thawing it for it to work efficiently. Sometimes I would apply the henna and it would be very dark brown color and then I would scrape it off and there would be no design there. So a lot of time for nothing. But other times I'm able to put it on in the slight brown color and it comes off this orange color and over time it does darken and normally gets to the darkest color. It can be about 3 days out of the time that you put it on. I think it's been so fun to experiment with the henna and it lasts about 5 days depending on how hard you scrub. I got it to last up to a week without scrubbing super hard when I shower. I've gotten really into henna recently and this brand is really good. Although I think I would look into maybe another one that comes with a slightly more reliable pigment. I thought looking at the reviews I thought they were just being silly about ordering it and saying oh it's orange right afterwards but it did happen once when I did it do it on my hand and I waited quite a few days and it just stayed this odd orange color and then other times I couldn't even see it at all. But for the most part, the color does stay and I even had this henna party with some friends and all of our designs lasted and looked great. Afterwards. Leave it on for an hour and it lasts great! Definitely would recommend henna in general, about 70% to 80% of the tubes in this package are great though I think the batch just wasn't totally mixed up. Definitely would recommend though! Probably something you could fix just when mixing inside of the tube. Just a little bit although I only have like three tubes left so not much to experiment there with but if you're looking to start getting into henna this is a really good brand that's not super expensive effective and is not toxic whatsoever. It has this sort of plant-ish grass smelled to it. I personally like the smell of it but others say it kind of smells a little bit. Chemically, I think it smells a little more natural than that and it's not super overpowering scent, but I do know some more sensitive people who are not a fan of the scent. It's nothing to to get totally mixed up about though because henna tends to smell like that, but the tubes last long time and I think this is a really good brand for what it's offering!
