I’m giving the GLYLF Vibration Plate Exercise Machine a solid 9 out of 10. It’s surprisingly powerful with its 130 intensity levels, and I really felt the difference in my workouts. The machine feels sturdy with its 450 lb capacity, and the resistance bands + Bluetooth are nice bonuses that make it easy to mix up exercises.The biggest benefit for me is how I feel less tense after using it. The vibrations help loosen tight muscles, and it’s great for winding down or starting the day feeling more relaxed. It also seems to help with lymphatic drainage and general movement, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Using the restroom a lot more throughout the night, which I contribute to the drainage. Vibration Plate
I've been using this vibration plate regularly at home; it's an excellent addition to my daily routine. The different vibration levels allow me to easily adjust the intensity depending on whether I'm looking for a gentle recovery session or a more intense workout. Excellent plate, great price - more than expected.
This little gadget is by far the best investment, health related, that I have made in years. I use this plate daily, and more than is recommended, simply because it makes me feel good. Very sturdy, well built plate, with vibrations up to 130, and 5 preprogrammed exercises. It def does the job better than I expected. The bluetooth feature pairs easily to my phone and sounds good when jamming to the beat. Not only great for assistance in losing weight, but lymphatic drainage as well. I have been using this daily (2-4 times daily I might add), for over 6 months now with zero issues. I highly recommend this product.Ver másVer menos

Vibration plates have existed for decades...they wrre even a big thing in the 60's. These platforms are somehow similar to steppers visually speaking. They are low and rectangular, but they have an electric motor that emits vibrations stimulating the whole body. If they do not replace exercices (cardio/muscles training) + healthy diet, some studies have underlined their 10 minutes 3 times a week benefits sessions: indeed, they would be good to fight against osteoporosis, cognitive loss and would help blood circulation...that being said, one should ask own's doctor. As a matter of fact, vibrations might not be that good as good in case of varicosis. There would also be risk of clots. It is not indicated if you suffer from Gerd or have any further complication, like a Barrett Oesophagus. It really shakes your brain and all intern organs, even if on low. I think you need to be in very good shape, and healthy so go and talk to hour doctor before.This plate is sturdy. It comes with a remote control. No AAA batteries included. You will need 2. Plug, switch on, set the timer, validate and when it starts to vibrate, then only at this point, you can set the speed. Always start low. Then you can remain vertical for squatts, etc. or horizontal if doing planks. It come with elastic bands with different colors and resistance so one can train also own's arms.The price is good for such a good quality. Now you just need to know if it if good for you: it is not adviced for pregnant women, for people suffering from deep vein thrombosis, acute hernia, cardiovascular diseases, for post surgeries, for peacemakers or implanted devices, or people having an infection.. it could mess with healing tissues, reopen wounds...etc.Instructions are included in the box.I would not let the children play with it, it is NOT a toy.Perso, I find it not comfy and did not help: no weight lost.Ver másVer menos

I’m very happy with the GLYLF Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and doesn’t take up much space.
